Cross the road and you will find your feet in the water at the edge of the building's private beach. Can't get enough of the view! The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from the center of Annecy. Please note: - The road can be noisy when there is traffic. One of the bedroom is on the road side. We advise to book the apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located in a dead end, by the lake (private pontoon), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

We offer an atypical apartment with themed rooms and a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains all around, from the great Velux. Located at the end of the lake in a nature reserve, you enjoy a public beach at the foot of the house, to swim in a beautiful setting. Large wooden tables are available for a waterfront picnic. A few meters away pass the bike path and a bike rental is present.
