Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. Ideally located: 5 min walk to the center (shops, restaurants and cinema) activities and tourist sites (Chocolate Museum, Via-Rhôna, Petit Train de l'Ardèche...). 5 min to the bus station, 12 min to the TER train station, all on foot. Highway exit 3 km away.

Notre maison d'hôte s'appelle : la ferme saint pierre Drôme. Il y a votre gite et 2 suites de 50 m2. C'est situé dans l'ancienne ferme magnifique du 18e siecle. Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

You enter through a gate reserved for you and after a short driveway and a terrace facing east A living room with a sitting area and sofa bed, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom – with a brand new 180 wide bed – with an adjoining shower room and a closet; Quiet and no neighbors opposite!! The pool is very close and you can enjoy the garden quietly.
