Surrounded by Provençal hills, this 75 m² cottage is dressed in stone and has a generous terrace on the perimeter opening onto an unobstructed landscape overlooking the village. Fully equipped house in a quiet subdivision close to the village and shops (7 min walk). Access to a private outdoor area and swimming pool. Ideally located, close to highway access to Nice (1h30), Marseille (1h) and Aix en Provence (45 min). Toulon/Hyères 30 min. Close to the beaches but in the Var countryside. All nearby shops. I had to apply a cleaning fee but I can deduct it on request, if you commit to really doing it (shower, floors...)😉

It is close to all amenities (2km from downtown). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
