Fully-equipped and Modern Three-room Apartment Overlooking the Lake

The accommodation is reachable from Orio al Serio International Airport (BG) and is only 45 km from the Palazzolo, Rovato or Brescia highway exit. By train from Brescia to Sulzano with Ferrovie Nord, the same with buses by ferry, from Iseo or Sulzano The entire apartment is at your disposal. I live a few meters away from the accommodation and I can also help you by phone and advise you on your needs. The property is located in the center of the small village of Peschiera Maraglio, 50 meters from the pier to tour the lake. All amenities are nearby, and the public beach and bus stop are 300 meters away. The island (the largest of the European lakes) elected among the most beautiful villages in Italy is located in the center of Lake Iseo surrounded by enchanting mountains that are reflected in the body of water. On the top is the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Ceriola from which you can appreciate the beauty of the landscape; nearby is the Oldofredi Castle dating back to the 1500s and it is possible to organize a tour of the island and the islets of S. Paolo and Loreto with private ferries. Particularly recommended are the walks in the numerous paths in the area to be done both on foot and by bicycle (with the possibility of renting directly on site). You can easily reach: Franciacorta with its wineries and tastings of fine wines, the prehistoric archaeological sites in the Camonica Valley, the Torbiere del Sebino natural park, the Tonale and Monte Campione ski slopes. Pets are not allowed, I could make an exception for small pets after agreements between the parties.

We had a great stay and the place is well equipped with cooking supplies. We appreciated the artwork throughout and homey touches. Bed & pillows were comfortable! The views around the building are lovely. Things to note: there are 3 flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. The bus system on the island can be a little obtuse to figure out (or the small bus gets filled up on arrival). We ended up walking to the place which was a pleasant walk (although steep at times) and not for the faint of heart. There are 2 bus stops nearby the apartment however, we just didn’t want to wait. The walk to the trash bins is fairly far and involves stairs (or some sloping paths) down the cliffside. Not a big deal, but if mobility is a concern it’s something to be aware of. Our twin toddlers stayed too and everything went smoothly.

A little slice of heaven on Lake Iseo! This apartment is a pure gem: very well equipped, comfortable and perfectly located near the ferry, and within a short stroll of great restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Camilla was very helpful and friendly- greeting us on arrival and helping us navigate the ferry schedule over Easter weekend. The views are as stunning as described by others- 3 balconies each with a different view- encompassing not only the lake but a medieval tower, stunning lakefront villa and gardens and a Roman church. We would give Lac du maison 10 stars if we could!

I stayed with Simona for three days and found it very nice. It is very well located, right in the city, but you can still easily reach it by car and park the car there. It is very nice. The furniture, the pictures, the whole apartment is something unique. It's a little experience to live there. I would recommend it again at any time

We felt very comfortable in Carla and Jan's apartment. The view of Lake Iseo and the island is fantastic! The apartment is the same as in the pictures. It is very well equipped, it has everything you need. Communication with Carla and Jan was quick and good. For the two of us, the apartment was big enough. We can really recommend Casa Riva Iseo.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy and had everything we needed. It was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the decor added a really pleasant touch. But the highlight was definitely the terrace – the view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking. We spent hours just sitting there and relaxing. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!
