We are in the countryside with beautiful views of the Pilatus chain. Very centrally located. Very nice for walking. Very close to nature. Public transport and shopping are nearby. We are set up for 4 adults. There is a bedroom for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people But a family with children are also welcome. We have a garden with seating and a playground. We also have Bobby cars, tractors, etc.

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating. Wonderful views of the lake, mountains and countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 minutes away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk away. If anyone is interested, we have a stand-up paddle for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

The apartment has been furnished with lots of charm and high quality. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, baking and serving. In addition, all important kitchen appliances such as toaster, water cooker, Raclette, SmoothyMixer, ...) are there. Always available are spices, olive oil, tea, Nespresso. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
