Badgers Retreat is a charming, compact two bedroom cottage centrally located in the picturesque and sought after village of Aldbury. The cottage is situated within easy distance of all the village amenities and attractions, as well as the delights of the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside that surrounds the village. Aldbury has two pubs serving food, a village store and post office, a church and local primary school. London Euston is 40 minutes away by train from Tring station.

We are surrounded by some gorgeous countryside, lots of lovely walks from the village. The market town of Tring with its weekly market, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and thriving high street is 3.5 miles away. We are close to the Tring resevoirs, a delight for bird watchers. Convenient for both Luton and Heathrow airports 23 and 36 mins depending on traffic.

It is located between the villages of Long Marston and Wingrave in a quiet, rural location. It is close to Tring and the Chiltern Hills and London is easy to get to from Leighton Buzzard station (35 mins to Euston) which is 15 minutes away. Plenty of good pubs in the vicinity, varied walks, National Trust properties, Bletchley Park museum and Whipsnade Zoo.
