It's an ideal place for anyone looking for privacy, away from the quiet crowd. Migros VS is 6-7 minutes away for shopping very close to Akyaka. There's internet at home. Don't forget to feed the cats and dogs that come to the door

Mr. Bulent was very interested, he responded to our requests such as extra disinfection and took action. The villa was very clean in general The location of the villa is a little far from the city, but the roads are good.

We loved staying here, so many restaurants and the beach in walking distance, plus the riverside. The house was super clean and spacious, and the local contact people at check in were friendly and flexible

The host Mr. Kaan took care of us so much that he answered all my questions from the beginning of the process, and when we went, he greeted us with a smile and all his hospitality:) I can say that our holiday was literally like a fairy tale. We came here from Izmir for this perfect home peace corner:) Everything in this villa in the forest is so thought out to the finest detail that you can just take your clothes and go out when you come here because you say aaa this is also there aaaa did they think of this too :) This house offers a complete luxury and comfort area in front of a perfect view. Silence in nature gives peace. We escaped the noise of the city and had a very nice holiday. The sound of trees and birds :) The pool is wonderful with the view. I would definitely recommend it for those who prefer luxury and comfort. We left here happily with my family. We'll be back at the first opportunity. We didn't want to leave this fairy tale villa:) We already miss it:) It was an unforgettable memory for us

It was a peaceful stay in a perfect location. Although the location is challenging at first, transportation is extremely simple. It's very close to Akyakaya. The pool service was very nice. The homeowner was very interested. We are very pleased, I recommend it.

It was a wonderful head holiday with nature. Me and my wife are a couple who love nature, so this holiday was so nice to us in spirit and body. It was great to have breakfast with natural fresh eggs from the poultry house in the morning. The host's local coffee treat made us feel very special. Daily cleaning of the pool was very good in terms of hygiene. The size of the garden and the fact that the pool is not visible from the outside and the garden is not visible from the outside took note from us in its natural environment. The house has a very suitable structure among families with children. It's definitely a business we can choose when we have kids. Host provided instant dessert whenever we called very polite communication. Thanks again to him for his attention. We were very satisfied with all the sea restaurant cafe recommendations related to the environment. In the meantime, the kitchen utensils were more than enough and spotless. There's no need to eat outside, you might say. Thanks to this holiday, where we felt very special, we engraved the zemheri villa in our memory as our 2nd house. We look forward to the next holiday. Very lovely and cozy house , cute garden and pool , our family really enjoyed it. House is very clean and clutter free. Mr. Tahsin Was very friendly gave us great recommendations, be sure to ask him for beach recommendations, but you will need a car, you can reach beaches , market , Akyaka and so on in 15 - 30 min depending on place. Nearby village have bakery, grocery , vegetable market to get all necessary items. Thank you for hosting us, look forward to visit again.

This is a really beautiful villa. There is everything for a comfortable stay. There is clean and very cosy. There is very nice garden and good swimming pool. But this villa has a nuance. The villa is located in the middle of forest and it is about 3-4 km from Akyaka. You need a car or take a taxi to get shops, beach or restaurants. If you need a quiet place for relaxed vacation this is perfect for it.

We stayed in Akyaka for 7 days during the holiday holiday. From the attitude and interest of Aras Bey to the location of the house and the beauty of the house, everything was perfect. The house was also lovely and spotlessly clean as it looked in the photos. We loved the amenities of the house. There is everything you might think in the house. We went into the pool almost every night and had an enjoyable holiday. If you are coming to Akyaka, absolutely stay here for sure. The location is also great and almost everywhere is within walking distance. Mr. Aras is a very interested host, he always asked for our status, he was interested and helpful. If we were to come back, we would definitely like to stay here.
