You'll love our cabin in the woods! Once a historic mercantile, the Wissahickon Cabin has been transformed into a cozy cabin for 2 - 4 guests. The cabin is situated in the forest and visible from the Gandy Dancer Trail. The front porch boasts an access path directly to the popular Woolly Bike Trail. Our cabin is secluded in the woods, but it's less than a 5-minute drive to downtown St Croix Falls, Interstate Park, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the north woods!

Lil’ Kickback on Elk Creek (Eau Claire area)

Remote, tranquil, quiet and private getaway on 5.8 acres on the banks of the Elk Creek; only 1.5 hours from the Twin Cities! This creek is known as a class 1 trout stream. Guests can enjoy fishing, sight seeing, canoeing and kayaking the Chippewa River or Elk Lake, biking, hiking, atv/utv and snowmobile trails nearby as well. Enter a world of peace and calm deep in the woods. This is a beautiful rustic cabin that has been beautifully restored. Permit issued and inspected by Dunn County.

Water's Edge House on Tainter Lake

Gorgeous little house with cap cod feel, right on the water. We call this baby "Water's Edge on Tainter Lake". Perfect way for a quick escape from the Twin cities, only 50 minutes away. Fish off the permanent dock on the water. Beautiful views and sunsets on a fun, active recreational lake. Short boat ride to Jake's super club. Some guests say its a "private location", but we are on a very active lake with houses close by. Please read our "other details to note" for more info.

Hilltop charm

Our 1930 home retains the original charm—hardwood floors, brick fireplace, a porthole—but has been updated to be comfortable and modern. The outdoor space includes a yard that wraps around the house, complete with a fire pit and an outdoor eating space. Deer come to visit every day around dusk to munch on the native plants in the restored prairie. The fireflies light up the yard in June. Walk to the charming downtown, a local food co-op, a brewery, and lots of restaurants.

One of kind stay! Perfect for two couples or a large group. Two bedrooms have queen beds and a back bunk room has 3 twin size and 1 full size bed. Big kitchen/living room area. There is a unique 4 seasons room with hammocks in the center of the apartment that is smoker friendly. Right downtown and above a friendly pub.
