Vue magnifique, lumineux, localisation parfaite!

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.

Tolle Unterkunft bei einem tollen Vermieter Mitten im Leben mit vielen Restaurants, Bars etc und trotzdem sehr ruhig, wir haben uns super zufrieden gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, wir hatten viel Platz, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We immediately felt at home at Lucile's place. It was a clean, lovely flat and offered a relaxed atmosphere. The central courtyard feels very Parisian! We loved exploring the local area (with some great recommendations from Lucile) and it also offered a great base for exploring more of Paris!

A spacious open kitchen and dining area is highlighted by a modern wooden island and a round dining table with four chairs. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space. The room features high ceilings and a staircase leading to a lofted area.

Stunning apartment, recently renovated historical space, adapted for contemporary living standards, with exposed brick texture on the walls, steel and wood structure elements. Tastefully designed interior, everything is brand new starting the furniture ending the kitchenware, bed linens and towels. The double height leaving space felt like urban townhouse with private garden facing quiet little park. Lots of light and very quiet. We were 4 guests: a couple + teen and a friend who stayed with us for 4 days. Feels very private, since bedrooms (each with attached bathroom unit) are distant from each other. Showers are spoiling, hot water with good pressure, hi-end facilities. Kitchen fully equipped with appliances of highest standard, beautiful cutlery and tableware, everything you need to cook a proper dinner. Location: walkable distance to 3 metro lines. Mind the inner spiral staircase if you have issues with climbing 3 levels of the apartment. We had a remarkable stay! TU Xavier!!

Wir haben uns in der sowohl schön wie auch praktisch eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Auf dem Tisch standen zur Begrüßung u.a. frische Blumen. Es war die erste von mir gemietete Wohnung mit scharfen Messern in der Küche!!! Sie ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We loved this Airbnb!! Really lovely apartment in a trendy area and really well connected to the centre. Couldn’t fault it!

I had a great stay at Marie Charlie’s place. The apartment is located in a very chsrming neighborhood. I liked both the location and the house itself; it felt comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Marie Charlie was excellent. One thing to note for future guests: the apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. It wasn’t a big problem, but it was a bit of a challenge with my large suitcase. I managed just fine and it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the stay.

T2 à Paris avec vue arborée

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Nicolas ! Il est très réactif, gentil et disponible, au point que nous avons pu profiter d'un départ plus tardif. L'appartement était propre, le lit confortable et nous avons pu explorer Paris à pieds ou en transports tout en restant en dehors des zones excessivement touristiques. La chambre donne sur une rue plutôt animée, il y a des bars et des restaurants à proximité. Nous conseillons ce logement ! 😊
