Superb apartment with a wraparound balcony, recently renovated and very bright with triple exposure. Ideally located between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Buttes Chaumont park. Very quiet building with an exceptional, unobstructed view of a monument in Eiffel style (Les Halles Secretan). The neighborhood is up-and-coming, well-served by public transport, and has all amenities nearby (parks, bars, restaurants, cinema, climbing gym, butcher, cheese shop, bakery, gourmet grocery stores...).

Nice 28 m² studio, refurbished and with brand new equipment. Located on the 9th floor (with elevator) of a building on the heights of Paris with beautiful views of the city. The neighborhood is relatively lively but the street itself is very quiet. The apartment is decorated and functional! Located a 5-minute walk from one of the best metro lines in Paris: line 11, which takes you in 15 minutes to the hypercenter (République, Marais, Châtelet...). Various shops nearby.

Lovely flat for 2, in Paris at Ménilmontant

Lovely flat for two in eastern Paris. One big room, a kitchen and a bathrrom (with a huge bathtub) situated in a very nice building (really cute, you'll see). The neighbourhood is calm during the week, a bit festiv on the week-end. My flat is 5mn from the métro "Ménilmontant" (ligne 2) and 10mn from "Belleville" (ligne 11, 2) or "Rue saint-Maur (ligne 3).

Renovated Flat Père Lachaise

Well located near Père Lachaise and recently renovated by architect herself, the flat is elegantly decorated in a minimalist style while keeping its old charm. With a nice view over the greens, it’s on the 3rd floor without lift, so you need to do a bit sport.

Located in the 3rd district (Beaubourg, Montorgueuil, Le Marais), the duplex (5th & 6th Floors) is very sunny and quiet, with a beautiful view over the roofs of Paris. Recently renovated, with high beamed ceilings and beautiful hardwood floor.

Fully equipped studio, very bright, in excellent condition (bathroom redone a year ago and bedding completely changed in January 2025) The accommodation is also very quiet: no cars passing below as the apartment overlooks a square.
