Je loue mon charmant studio idéalement situé dans le 20ème arrondissement, au cœur du quartier de Ménilmontant (métro ligne 2 à 3 min à pied). L'appartement dispose d'une grande chambre faisant office de pièce de vie avec un canapé-lit et une table à manger, ainsi que d'une cuisine spacieuse toute équipée (machine à laver, four, plaques induction, frigo, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine à café, magimix, etc). Il dispose également d'une salle de bain avec douche, et de toilettes séparées.
