The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lugano, bathed in sunlight. A 180° view enchants the guests. In 15 minutes you can reach the lake and the center on a footpath. It is 500 meters to the bus station of line 2, which goes to the lake and the city center. The 65 square meter apartment consists of a large living room with a balcony facing the lake. Magnificent view also from the double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the completely newly renovated bathroom with shower.

A spacious terrace overlooks the serene lake, framed by lush greenery and stunning mountain views. A small table and chairs are set for outdoor relaxation, while large glass doors invite natural light into the interior space. The tranquil waters reflect the clear blue sky.
