Vacation rentals with lake access in Mendrisio District

My three colleagues and I really enjoyed our stay! The jacuzzi was amazing :) We would definitely come back. The location is also fantastic – right by the lake. We really appreciated how flexible you were with the check-out, that was a big help. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a wider selection of spices for cooking. Other than that, everything was perfect – thank you for a wonderful time!

Nataliya’s place is a true gem. For people who love serenity, or a place to work or zone out from the daily hum, this airbnb provides all one’s (unmet) needs. The appartement has everything a couple or two man band requires, yes one can opt for double or single beds. With recommendations and a beautiful welcome surprise gift, it is ready to launch you into the outdoors. En fin, we enjoyed. And I’m pretty sure that’s what you’ll too…

Perfect airbnb for your stay on lake Lugano!

A very appealing, quiet accommodation, perfectly equipped (not too much and not too little). Ideal place to discover the Sottoceneri, by boat, on foot or by car. Architecturally very lovingly developed, reduced and as an entire unit. Everything is functional and purposefully implemented. I'd love to come back for a next stay....

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Anita’s lovely apartment/home in Lugano was perfection. Located in an idyllic location, we had incredible hiking just outside our door. Her residence is well-appointed, comfortable and our family had everything we needed. Communication was excellent and very thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Riva! The house was clean, welcoming, very well-equipped and just like the pictures. No nasty surprises. Access is via a barrier and two gates but everything is well explained by the host with a map to support it. We can't be wrong. The small sandy beach in front of the house and the adjoining playground made the children happy. Thank you for everything, we'll be happy to come back.

The lake house is really a little gem – tastefully decorated, with a lot of love for detail. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. We were six adults and three children – it was a bit cozy-tight, but absolutely doable and very comfortable. The location right on the water is fantastic, but you should know that the house is located on the main road out of town (Route 80). For families with small children, the walk to the village (about 10 minutes on foot along the sidewalk) may not be ideal – but it worked well for us. Daniel was a fantastic host: helpful, attentive and super friendly. If something was wrong, he was immediately available – and always generous and uncomplicated. All in all: We didn't miss anything, had a great time and would recommend the house at any time! Thanks Daniel

Late summer vacation in Morcote in nice weather and in quiet surroundings. Apartment as new, high standard of furniture, appliances, laundry. Walk-in wardrobe. Spacious bathroom and everything very clean. Well suited for two persons. The tank house door protects against unwanted visits ;-) The very small balcony, equipped with two chairs and a table, invites you to briefly linger. Excellent restaurants are just below the apartment. Surroundings invite you to hikes, walks, swim in the lake. Public transport and boat dock are located just below the apartment. The only minus: Provider did not provide us with a guest card for shipping. This is because guests drive for free. We really enjoyed our break in Morcote and would be happy to come back.

We spent the Easter weekend at one of the apartments at Gritti Palace. The location is perfect and in the town’s center. We really enjoyed Alix’s hospitality and are grabbing for all the services and assistance that she provided, including giving us another room where there is no stairs since I’m pregnant, finding us more varieties of tea and fixing the toilet seat promptly. The communication was very easy and fast. We would recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great time at Marc's place! The apartment is accurate to the photos, very clean, well arranged and above all incredibly quiet, ideal for resting. Marc was a great host: welcoming, available and very good tips for activities in the surrounding area. The nearby train station makes it easy to reach Lugano or even Milan, which is super convenient. No complaints, everything was perfect from start to finish. Thanks again Marc!

Very good, just be aware that the apartment is in a 5 star hotel. It takes a little getting used to normal. Poll consumption very expensive. But you can't and don't have to. Otherwise service in the pool very very good . Recommended again and again.

Tastefully decorated spacious apartment in a great location in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Lugano! Despite its location directly on the shore road, very quiet at night. Gastronomy can be reached after a short walk. Only the equipment of the kitchen is somewhat meager and not quite suitable for more elaborate cooking.
