The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. On foot in 10-12 minutes to the main train station and in 15-20 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 250 m to the bus stop, 350 m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. Animals are not (!) allowed in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is not (!) barrier-free.

Garden house/tiny house "La Casita" in the countryside

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood stove, plump toilet and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be made as a double bed or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and WLAN, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room, which can be used from 7.30 to 22 o'clock and where the dirty dishes can be left.

The location is an ideal starting point for visiting Kassel with its museums, parks, the Documenta and the fairs, but also to the half-timbered town of Melsungen, Lake Edersee or the animal parks in Knüllwald or Sababurg. Whether as a romantic or simply cozy stay as a couple, with friends or with the family, this is the right accommodation on a beautiful farm complex with an idyllic garden.

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. Double room, large single room, a small but cozy single room next to the kitchen and a small dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We live on the 1st floor and are always available if you have any questions or problems. The garden can be shared. 7 min. walk to Ahnatal-Weimar train station.
