House vacation rentals in Melpignano

Beautiful house, super divided for three families, as there are three separate units and you can also retreat well. The disadvantage, however, is that the kitchens are therefore not very large. We imagined the distance to the sea to be smaller, you can already walk there but it is (especially with children) not quite as close as expected. Communication with Giulia was great, she always responded quickly and kindly and was very helpful and accommodating. The apartments were very clean and garden and Pool nice and well maintained.

We had an unforgettable time at Villa Boho as a group of 9 persons. Everything was like on the pictures and very clean. The communications has always been easy and friendly. The cleaning lady, Palmira, who came everyday, did a great job and was reliable. I would always come back and recommend a stay at the villa!

Very nice place to stay, very quiet, nestled in a lovely landscape. Unfortunately, some utensils are missing in the kitchen to be able to cook yourself (peeler, good pans, cereal bowls, among others). Would be great if that was added. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied.

Great accommodation! There were five of us there and we enjoyed it very much. The accommodation was even nicer than expected: It is a small complex with a pool area, outdoor kitchen and large terraces to relax. The kitchen has everything we needed and the bedrooms were great for everyone. A car is recommended, as the area has a lot to offer.

Looking for a unique place to stay in the Specchia area? Then you need to put your suitcases in the Pajara de la Urpa!! A unique, enchanting, quiet, relaxing, green place where you feel so good in the middle of the birdsong. Rita and Vicky, the hosts, are keen to introduce us to their beautiful home, they are very attentive to us. Present on our arrival with a bottle in the fridge and present at the departure for a parting gift (typical pastries). A central point in Salento to discover Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, not to mention these wild coves and the beautiful beaches of the South. Beautiful home! Quiet, with ample free parking immediately outside. Host was super responsive and friendly. Very smooth stay in a central location for exploring Puglia.

We had a great time at Tiziana's apartment, who is a very responsive host. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen very functional. The terrace is lovely for eating outside and the private parking is a big plus. I would highly recommend Tiziana's accommodation!

Casa Zia Pina is located in the center of Nardò, in a quiet area, from where you can walk and enjoy the center without having to use the car. The location is strategic to reach all the beaches and resorts of Salento. The house is very well maintained, fresh and equipped with everything you need. Simone is an attentive and courteous host, super helpful in giving advice on restaurants, beaches or more! We recommend staying at Casa Zia Pina, we will definitely be back!

We relaxed the minute we walked down the stairs to the house and saw the beautiful view over the Adriatic. Our group of two couples loved the many outdoor areas, the comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have a BBQ too. Vincenzo and Giulia were fantastic hosts and were very helpful. Castro is a lovely town on the south coast and we definitely recommend Casa Le Radici.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Good location to explore the south of Apulia by car. Overall highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable, the property is perfect for a quiet and private stay. The host was very nice and helpful and available at all times. It is a great experience to stay in the very beautifully finished trullo and the garden invites you to linger. Here lemons and figs grow, everywhere it smells of herbs and again and again a three-colored lucky cat stops by to ask for petting. The proximity to the beautiful sea also makes the stay perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Maria is the best host in the world. They helped me rent a car, picked me up at the station in a nearby town, and even gave me their prosciutto and wine for the first night. Friendly and generous. Maria and Mauricio are special. I have nothing but words of thanks. And the place is a spectacular beauty. An ideal combination for the perfect vacation.

Our experience at Marcello's apartment was fantastic. From the first contact, he was kind, helpful, and always ready to respond to any of our requests. The apartment was exactly as described: and above all very clean. Everything was in perfect order, from fresh laundry sheets to the thoughtful, thoughtful common spaces. The location was great for visiting the city, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and carefree stay. The place is so cute and is the perfect location to explore the coast of Salento . You’re right beside sea. The place is spotless and luisa was great at responding immediately. You’re a walk away from lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend as a base.

The place is a rare gem. The photos don’t do it justice. From the large patio you overlook the old centre of Otranto, a bustling quaint historical town. Yet the place is surprisingly quiet and very spacious, and has all the comforts you would want, including air conditioning in every room. We just loved our stay here. Very impressive. Stay at this one!

Wonderful apartment on a quiet street with corner windows and great natural light! Alessandro was responsive to questions and helped me figure out a solution for getting my suit & tux wrinkle-free after a flight. Apartment itself is very clean with reliable A/C, and louvered shutters that keep out most, if not all of the light when sleeping.

We had a really great time at Valerias place. Everything is as described and better. Daniela welcomed us warmly and throughout our 3 weeks there she was always reachable and happy to help us out. Valerias cosy house was a great base for us from which we we able to explore the beautiful beaches and towns of the Salento region. On cloudier days our two sons (1 and 2) enjoyed playing in the closed backyard. The pizzeria next door offers delicious pizza and pasta and they even Lent us a vacuum cleaner to clean out the rental car. The same basically goes for the whole town. Everybody was really friendly and welcoming, especially towards our kids 🙃. Close by you can also find a really nice bakery with delicious bread, pinsa and other delicacies. I could go on like this for some time, but I don't want to bore anyone with the details of our trip. So to wrap it up: I can fully recommend staying at Valeria's! We would love to come back some day.

Lovely rustic villa, with sea views. Great location with an easy easy walk to town with cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed a quiet stay and parking was available in the street.
