Detached apartment with private entrance in charming villa, just 200 meters to the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed and two extra beds that can be brought out if necessary, suitable for groups of 6-8 people depending on the number of adults and children. The apartment has a smaller porch on the front and a larger one on the back where you can relax after a day of adventure. WIFI, TV, equipped kitchen and other amenities are available in the apartment. Parking for one car is available in the driveway and is included.

Sit back and relax in this peaceful, elegant accommodation in wonderful & harmonious Mellbystrand close to Sweden's longest sandy beach (12 km). If you want to experience the pulse of Båstad during the Summer on festival or tennis week, it is only 15 minutes away! A trailer is set up just outside the property in which up to 5 children can sleep. If there is a need for a car (Tesla) or electric scooter, this can be rented during the stay, just one such thing. 😉 Please let us know in advance if you would like to borrow the car.

The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

There are larger common areas such as a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for up to 25 guests and a large wooden deck just outside in a very pleasant garden to botanize in. Relax with the family in our cottage. The cottage is bright and welcoming and is located on a forest plot on the outskirts of a peaceful cottage area right next to the pine forest. If you sneak out early in the morning, you can meet both rabbits and deer in the forest. Our cottage can accommodate the whole family, with both a sleeping loft and a sofa bed. A practical and cozy kitchen and cozy sofas. Outside the cottage there is a terrace with sun both day and evening.
