I had a great experience! The place was super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Mariam was very kind, always checking in and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect and close to many spots. I truly felt at home. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely come back!

The location is very nice, a very large spacious building with lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very clean and Fatima responded very quickly and helpfully to texts or emails.

Our weekend at El Olivar this charming cottage in the mountains was absolutely wonderful. The space was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the cozy fireplace, anf comfortable bed. The host, was excellent with communication. Would definitely book again!

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

We had a great two-day stay in this beautiful villa. The place is spacious, very well maintained, and really ideal for relaxing. The pool is superb, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the peaceful setting. The neighborhood is quiet, which allows you to fully rest. Everything was as described, or even better. A little gem that made our stay in Cabo Negro perfect. Peaceful and beautiful, the terrace was definitely the highlight – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. We spent more than a week in the apartment with 4 children and compared to everything else we have booked in Morocco in recent years, this apartment was by far the best! Very very clean, lots of space, high-quality amenities, very bright, quiet location but still so located that you can get anywhere quickly, large supermarket almost around the corner. And: very friendly host - anyway staff - they respond incredibly quickly if you need anything. It couldn't have been better!! Thanks, we'll be back!
