There are about 10 hectares, surrounded by water in about 2/3 of its extension being an ideal place for nautical and terrestrial sports. The mattresses and toppers are also new. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, a Bialetti electric espresso maker, as well as a standard coffee maker and toaster.
