Toto and Katy were lovely hosts. This place is a very peaceful step away from the rest of the island. Toto has done a great job renovating the buildings using reclaimed timber. The vibe is very relaxed. 👍🏻

The host was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very modern and in a good location with pool and restaurant nearby. Transport is recommended if wanting to cook or spend more time in the villa. To make the stay even better, it would be useful to have some basic amenities such as washing up liquid, cloths or tea-towels. The villa would benefit from someone going through and opening all of the cupboards and drawers and removing everything that doesn't need to be there. There is a bit of clutter. If this was done, this would easily be a 5 star review.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Homestay is fully equipped, spotless, and well cared! The privacy is unbeatable. With a beautiful garden and no immediate neighbors, we could relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves without worry. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. The location is perfect, away from noisy main roads, offering pure tranquility. And the kitchen—wow! Spacious, airy, and perfect for cooking, especially with fresh organic vegetables from the garden and generous neighbors who share their delicious homegrown produce. The garden even has grapefruit and papaya trees, so we enjoyed fresh fruit straight from nature! Finally, the host is beyond amazing—100 out of 10! Incredibly kind, always available, and quick to help with anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and truly special place in Yen Bai, this is it. We’d absolutely stay again. It's my 5th time in khao yai and Korn's place is my favourite! Absolutely peaceful and serene surroundings but yet only minutes away from gorgeous restaurants and places of interest. The Mango House - 7mins The Chocolate Factory - 16mins Midwinter Restaurant- 8min Banmai Chaynam - 25mins Pak Chong Night Market - 20mins Big C - 15mins Thames - 15mins Hokkaido Flower - 13mins Sunflower Fields - Manee Sorn 20mins Overall Superb Location!! My family loved the pool and it was a nice touch to light up the fireplace in the evening while the kids were having a dip in the pool. (we were there in Jan so it was a bit chilly in the evenings) Perfect for a family get away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The kitchen is well equipped and korn even prepared a carton of water for us when we arrived. We felt comfortable in this lovely cosy home 🏡 would definitely come back again ... Korn's friendly staff would come by in the mornings to clear the pools of any leaves and sweep the front.

This was a gem of a place to stay. Thitima was very nice and helpful the whole time. I would definitely like to stay here again if in Bangkok.

A great place to stay with friends, Marco is a perfect host, very welcoming and friendly, can give you very useful advice about Koh Chang. House is as described, very clean with a wonderful tropical garden and a perfect maintained, clean pool.

The place is nearby BTS Station Sena Nikhom and you can easy get what you need by 7-11, Aeon Shop and various restaurants and cafe. The place is suitable for a group travel. Anything is alright.

This is a review specifically on Raymond’s team. They went above and beyond to take care of a few issues about the property that were beyond their control. The team was always accommodating and easy to communicate with. They constantly try to make things right when extenuating circumstances occur. As a traveler far from home, this is very comforting. We had a great stay at Thomas & Co's apartment. Our family of 5 adults fit comfortably in the space. The amenities are as described in the listing. The location is ideal and easy to find. Having food and other essentials delivered is easy via Grab. Transport is also easy to arrange via Grab as well. Having a good Italian restaurant at the ground floor of the building is a plus in case you want a change from the local food. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would gladly stay again when in Saigon.

We loved our stay, super clean, beautiful apparently with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt very safe as it’s a gated community. The pool was beautiful but very crowded with families/ young children that are residents of the community. Overall very beautiful place & enjoyed our time.

Stayed here for a week, love this apartment, the rooms are very large, the view from the high floor is very beautiful, the room is clean, bright and very new, very comfortable stay, the location of the apartment is very good, the subway station is 50 meters downstairs, very convenient to get around, the staff in the apartment are very friendly, the security guard at the entrance will greet and help open the door, the host is also very friendly and welcoming, can help solve problems at any time, recommended, will choose to stay here again next time

1) Apart from the price, it's neat and tidy, and the interior environment is almost identical to the photos introduced. 2) Convenience stores and cafes are located all over the first floor and around the building, and there is a local restaurant (BIA SET) right across the street, so you can enjoy a variety of food and liquor, and there is a 'LOTTE MART' within a 5-minute walk, so you can enjoy shopping and TEA TIME (Starbucks), and the security situation around the accommodation is very safe. 3) With the unparalleled kindness and prompt response of the host (Annine), you can feel that you are being treated well. ※ If there are travelers looking for accommodation in 7Quan, I will recommend it without hesitation.👍👍👍 ※

We absolutely loved our stay at An’s place! We spent two weeks there and felt completely at home. The furniture is high quality, and my partner and I were able to comfortably work from separate rooms, which was perfect. We also really enjoyed the sauna — such a great bonus! An was an incredibly responsive host, always quick to answer our questions. They also helped us with tourism tips, cleaning arrangements, and anything else we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

It was very tidy and the check-in was very convenient. Late check-out is also possible if you pay the amount. Most of all, it's nice that the host responded kindly and guided me well.

Amazing place, without hesitation the best beach on Koh Rong Sanloem for peace, quiet, and spectacular sunsets. The bungalows are simply the perfect accomodation to make this a wonderful experience.

This was by far the best Airbnb experiance I have had which had a big issue years back so had been hesitent as it was costly to find another place to stay last minute on a business trip to Hong Kong. This great experiance has changed my view from Airbnb being more a secondary booking route to a primary route. I do plan on returning possibly around the start of the next dry season with my kids so they can experiance the great hospitality, nature and beachs this wonderful island and host provided. This was my first time in Vietnam and will definatly be back to explore and enjoy the friendly Vietminese people and culture that made me feel at home and more like a local neighbor then just a foreign tourist. Do not hesitate to book as they are exceptional hosts far above many others as had not met a host in almost 15 years as most make you do self check ins that can sometimes be a maze to figure out especially when tired from long travel so why had prefered condohotels for easy checkin

Wonderful private location in Khoa yai country club. Near golf coarse. House needs some minor repairs. Overall i liked it very much - second trip here fir month each . Tell us about the player piano?

We made great friends here and we loved our stay. We were supposed to stay one night only but we got “trapped” and we stayed for 3 total nights and we didn’t want to leave! Location in the jungle is breathtaking, the staff became friends, we felt part of the family. And the food was simply amazing! We stayed in one of the family barbecue dinner organised and met so many interesting people and had fun with the staff in a really spontaneous way. They made some mistakes with the room but they totally made up for it during the stay! Thank you! We will come back.

Nice new rooms that are well cleaned. There is always someone around the house to help you. Only slight drawback is location next to the main street.
