Farmstay vacation rentals in Mekong River

The place is beautiful and the room was spotless and clean, the staff were super helpful. However it is a little further away from everything but luckily you can rent scooters from them !!

Best place for big family and reunion of old friends to enjoyable together. The most privacy and comfortable one. Great ambient surround with greenery view and multi level of landscape. Friendly people live around. Love this place. We will visit again.

We had a great time at Sander and Tanoi's who create a friendly atmosphere between different travelers. The place is exceptional: you don't get tired of the view of the Mekong and its rapids. It is also a great opportunity to discover a rural and authentic Laos since their place is the only tourist accommodation on the island. We will come back 🤩

I like the serenity, the decor, the hospitality, clean, spacious. Most importantly, friendly to dogs and cats. Khun Bee and his family were very welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. The cat stopped slipping out of the room. Everyone was very nice. They were able to find it in a very early time. If you have to go back to Phayao again, you will want to go back and stay in the same place. I would recommend it for a group of friends or family with family as our favorite. Good for your heart. 💚💚💚

Nothing fact-checking, but very nice, clean place in an incredibly beautiful part of the country. A little ways away from town, but that was nice. Enjoyed taking morning walks through field and nearby Buddhist cemetery with cows and buffalo. Very peaceful. Ha ( the manager) was very kind and accommodating.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sun’s home. This getaway seemed like you were staying in a jungle but with all the perks of a city. There were lovely peacocks, chickens, turtles, fish, birds and more. It’s truly like a fresh breath of air and so relaxing. Also, there is a community center with arts & crafts, delicious coffee shop, free washer for laundry, and hot pot restaurant all on-site. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make the stay lovely, always with a smiling face too. If you’re looking to relax and connect with nature then I highly recommend this stay.

Those who appreciate a quiet location will get their money's worth here. As well as the help of our host on the departure date. Our driver, who was supposed to drive us to the bus company in Siam Reap! Thank God Kimsreang was there. He immediately took care of getting us to the bus company in time and we were just able to catch our bus to Thailand. Thanks again for that.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb during a trip to Khao Yai with a group of family and friends, and it was an amazing experience. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, making it the perfect place for a group or family getaway. The property was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy common areas to the fully stocked kitchen, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The location was also great, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions (about 30munites). I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Khao yai!

I have just checked out today, and I am glad that I have booked green FarmStay for 6 people. this is awesome place, far from city and surrounded by farms and mountains. This place is much more beautiful than what host have described in post. this is 2 acre farm hous with 2 big bedrooms, 1 drawing room and 1 kitchen. plus an open kitchen and 3 different dining area. They have 24/7 person stay at entry of house to help you anytime. they provide daily breakfast for free. this stay was awesome and I recommend everyone to Stay here only.

I had a wonderful stay at Venekar's place. Even though I only stayed one night, I felt like it was a short holiday. My two Thai dogs loved it too and we hope to get away from for a short break away from Bangkok again very soon. The balcony overlooks the rice fields and is absolutely stunning. The are was very peaceful. Venekar also cooked my two dogs breakfast, which they both loved and baked eggs for my breakfast, which was delicious. This is a gem!

The wild farm is a very special and wonderful place few kilometers from chi phat, a rural village in the jungle. You need a motorbike or mototaxi to get there. The treehouse we rent was next to a wonderful quiet river where you can kayak and enjoy the sunrise. You are literally in the middle of nature and shouldn’t be too scared of insects and animals. The staff doesn’t speak English but is super kind and helpful. I loved staying at Maly‘s place and would always come back!!!

Suaida greeted us personally and was an excellent host from start to finish. He helped us with everything and guided us with things to do and places to go. He perfectly embodied the renowned Thai friendliness.

Wow, this place is beautiful. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 5 nights as there was so much to do nearby and we wanted to spend some time at the house which had the most incredible views. The local people are very friendly and we felt very welcome. Even though we didn’t have a car there was a lot in walking distance including restaurants. Don’t miss out on the local nature trails, they are incredible.

We had an amazing time at the Farm Stay and highly recommend it! The views of rice fields and mountains were breathtaking, and the sunsets and stars were stunning. What made the experience unforgettable was our hosts, Tawan and her family. They treated us like family, giving us a tour of their organic farm where we picked fresh produce for delicious traditional Thai dishes. We even learned to make a green curry with ingredients from their garden and local market. Tawan also took us to local temples and hidden gems, offering a truly immersive experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with great WiFi, a lovely shower, and Netflix (though the outdoors kept us entertained). If you're looking for an authentic, peaceful escape with wonderful hosts, this place is a must-visit. We’d definitely return and highly recommend it!

Great place and fantastic hosts. Very helpful in various areas including cooking food for the elderly who were not feeling well. Gave good recommendations and advice for our trip and visits to surrounding area. Hosts also prepared and decorated the dining area for Christmas. Kudos to Jen for the Xmas tree, sculpture painting for the kids, and the various chores which made our stay very enjoyable. Kids enjoyed the feeding of the chickens and roaming around the lawn. The farm was peaceful and quiet, and we woke every morning to birds singing and a gorgeous view of the nature reserve. Thumbs up!

The residence is really great, spacious and very very clean. Swimming pool is large, suitable for swimming. Kitchen is fully functional. The place is great for a relaxing trip. Host is nice and fast response.

Extraordinary Airbnb, everything was outstanding. Truly quiet with beautiful natural surroundings. Graham and Kitty are genuinely caring and go out of their way to help with everything. The food is delicious. Room is spacious with everything you need for a short or long stay. Really can't imagine anything being better. Hope to stay again someday.

Apiwat's house is a bit of luxury in a secluded and rustic environment. It is very comfortable, especially the bed in the bedroom upstairs and lounge in the kitchen area downstairs. The construction is unique. Dinner and breakfast are included, although the servings are quite small especially breakfast, so it is wise to bring extra food. Recommended if you want a comfortable stay a long way from hustle and bustle.

Rico has been the best host you can imagine and I would highly recommend him and his house. It is a lovely and beautiful house and the perfect place to relax or even go on a nice bike tour or play some tennis. Can't wait to come back.

Key and Nick are very attentive. They took very good care of us and our 2-year-old baby. Key cooked us a very good meal with natural food from her garden. It's a real farm with animals everywhere, free and happy. You can chill and rest very well as well as do activities. Feeding and playing with the animals, making our own pizzas, going to see the fireflies, riding the buffalo, walking, cycling etc etc. I recommend it 100%.

Great place to stay if you prefer to be away from town and want to get out of your comfort zone and partake in an authentic Vietnamese experience. Highly recommended! Duong’s grandmother is an amazing cook as well. Very nice people!

Loved this place and the breakfast was the best included breakfast I had in the whole of Vietnam!
