Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Mekong River

My friends and I had an amazing time hosted by "Mama Jai!" This sweet house -- located in a tucked back residential area -- has been styled as a serene mini retreat center -- with beautiful gardens, hammocks, etc. everywhere! My group enjoyed the huge, high quality charcoal grill and the firepit. And we enjoyed sleeping in the tents. It captured the experience of camping, with a lot of extra conveniences and care from an incredibly friendly host and her family!

Wonderful accommodations away from the hustle of the tourist areas. Staff helpful in all ways. Nice respite from the heat of Wat watching with the water activities. Family friendly fun or can be cozy for a romantic getaway.

The guesthouse is in a great area, with lots of things to see and do. The neighborhood makes easy to walk to the most important historical sites in the old city district of Phra Nakhon. There are a lot of excellent local restaurants. The guesthouse is a great bargain for the city. The cats at the house are also very friendly. It is always a pleasure to stay at Air Raid Shelter.

This might have been one of my favorite Airbnbs! We absolutely loved the property and staff. They were very welcoming, kind, attentive and gave great local recommendations. I would recommend anyone coming to the area to say here, it was a beautiful stay.

This place was great! * It's on the "island" in Truc Bach, and it's on the 4th floor, so it was generally pretty quiet (though there was a little street noise, etc. at times). * During my stay in January, the apartment got a bit cold, but between having the heat on and a blanket that the host was kind enough to bring me, it was fine. * The wifi/internet was reasonable, but not amazing - I think around 30 or 40 Mbps. I watched plenty of youtube etc while I was there with no issues. * The water heater for the shower unfortunately will only give you about 15ish minutes of hot water. * Someone came to clean the apartment (mop floors, take out trash, wash a few dishes) twice a week

A great stay at Trang's place! The location is a serviced apartment building, so it comes with a reception desk and security 24/7. There is also a 7-eleven right at the lobby. Check-in was smooth and seamless where we just had to tell the reception our unit no. and let them take a photo of our passport. We managed to get an early check-in too! Apartment was generally clean and well-equipped. There were no bugs spotted at all unlike what previous reviews might have mentioned. Overall a great and positive stay and a convenient location!

Extremely convenient and central location to stay in the city. Every place we wanted to go was within walking distance. The house is exactly as in the picture. The amenities provided were really useful when we ordered food or wanted to cook. Very safe and quiet street. Would definitely recommend to people.

Good base for my Bangkok stay. Lots of street food options and restaurants, 7/11 very close by, BTS 15min walk away, minimart downstairs. The pool is okay, bit in need of upkeep but good for a swim. Aum is very responsive as a host!

Wonderful apartment with very nice sea views! The apartment itself is cozy and pleasant, fully equipped with everything, perfect value for money. The hosts were also friendly and responsive, promptly answering questions. The area is ideal in terms of transport, sea, entertainment, food, everything is nearby! I definitely want to come back here again!

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment and hope to return some time soon. The apartment is large and everything is very high quality. I enjoy how quiet it is possible to make the bed if you choose (since the bed itself can be enclosed with sliding glass - basically a second wall). In my opinion the neighborhood can’t be beat - close to everything but off the main road, with some really nice cafes just across the street and next door. Very good choice to stay in a central part of the city.

Amazing place to stay in Phitsanalok, stayed here for 2 weeks it’s amazing clean and comfortable, our host is super responsive and helpful with anything we needed, the communal pool is so nice and clean and enjoyable especially when it’s hot to cool off, overall we absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone staying in Phitsanalok!!!!

Rong, the property owner is very responsive. I sent messages to her and all have been responded in minutes. She may not speak English but she is a master of translator apps. :) One TV started to get flakey (rolling) and she came over and we swapped the living room TV for the bedroom TV and then she literally repaired the flakey TV, on the phone with LG engineering support and they talked her through a minor repair which required opening the back of the TV and reseating cables. Grand Avenue Residence is one of my favorite condos to stay at when in Pattaya. Nice pools, gym, close to beach, malls, restaurants, entertainment district. etc. Her condo is on the smaller side but did have a washing machine (good trade off for me) and a very comfortable bed. I had never stayed with Rong before but will be a repeat customer. Her places seem to be priced to what she is providing. I've had to stay in some that are twice the price yet no difference. I'd definitely stay with her again.

The apartment fully matches the photos – it’s cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need for daily life. The host thought through every little detail, which was a nice touch. However, I want to mention something for those who find the gym very important. The equipment there is quite old and uncomfortable to use, and the heaviest dumbbell is very light (unless you’re a beginner or don’t need much weight). Additionally, you have to book your gym time in advance for a specific slot, which, for me personally, felt very inconvenient and inflexible🙃 Of course, this is not the host’s fault, but I just wanted to mention it as I felt very upset by this. Maybe someone will find it helpful
