The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. The Listhús is located in the middle of the small mountain village of Maxen. Surrounded by meadows and fields and pure nature. Many hiking opportunities are offered here and excursions to Saxon Switzerland or nearby Dresden. After an eventful day, you can quickly relax in the small farmhouse with the adjoining garden. The small artists' house invites you to feel good and switch off from everyday life. Since it is a very old house, the ceilings are very low in places.

Welcome to the trial living in our tiny loft. You are welcome to spend nights in ecological minimalism. The tiny house is idyllically situated on the Wildberg Manor. Beautiful hiking trails in the winding left-bank valleys are just as much to be discovered as the wine town of Radebeul with the Spitzhaus and the historic village green Alt-Kötzschenbroda (pubs). The cleaning fee of €30 is payable in cash. Bookings from 01/28/26 include these costs.
