Very well located and very clean apartment. The free locations right next door are perfect. We are not in the hustle and bustle of Stresa but not far either. The location is the right balance between practical and quiet. Elena was very helpful and the exchanges were very courteous. We recommend the apartment.

Beautifully designed apartment in a dream location

Thank you Nicoletta for our stay in this beautiful, peaceful and totally relaxing apartment. Sitting on the terrace at all times of the day and night with just the sounds of the waves, church bells and occasional boats was unbelievably relaxing. The immediate locality was so friendly - we loved the cafe aurora which had the warmest welcome and lovely home cooked food - also the Giardano a Lago was a lovely place to enjoy a drink with generous portions of food right by the lake- but it was also magical to eat in the apartment sitting on the terrace as the sun went down and the lights across the lake started to twinkle. The C25 bus, which was mostly reliable. made heading along the coast to Como or Agregno (where we had the most fabulous 2 hours on the lake after renting a boat from the company you suggested) so very easy and we were very glad not to have a car. Thank you again for all your suggestions and help and we hope to return before too long - a perfect holday destination.

We had an amazing stay. It could not have been a better location. Jenny and Nico were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate us. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Luca’s place is great! The area around it is filled with cafes and restaurants- we highly recommend the biscotto gelato across the street! As the apartment faces the back, it is super quiet. The apartment was clean, and the bed/bedroom comfortable with blackout shades to help sleep. The shower is large (walk in), although we had a drainage issue on our last day. We informed Luca upon checkout, so hopefully it was just a temporary issue. Luca is very responsive, and was kind enough to let us check in early after 24 hours of travelling! Check out was quick, and instructions were clear. We were in Busto Arsizio for a sport competition, and I’m glad we chose Luca’s place!

We absolutely loved staying here! The view is impossible to beat. The walk to the water is less than 10 minutes, which makes it the perfect distance for both privacy and access to activities. Be aware that the walk is mostly uphill, and the heat in the middle of summer can be a lot when staying here. Lara did a phenomenal job giving directions and answering questions. Her recommendation book at the apartment was detailed and clearly written with care. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone who asked.

Our stay at Erich's was just wonderful and very relaxing. Erich is an all-around great host and has created an oasis here that is unparalleled. We felt comfortable from the beginning in his cozy, beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. Nothing was missing; the kitchen is perfectly equipped and very generous. From the apartment and the terraces you have a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. On the two seats and in the garden, there are various, cozy seating areas for reading, eating and dreaming. The house is surrounded by flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, which Erich has lovingly laid out and maintains. In summary: a place to relax and enjoy in absolute tranquility. Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. We felt very comfortable in the small, well-appointed apartment. Especially the balcony with the magnificent view, the cozy furniture and the existing privacy was our highlight. We stayed seven nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We loved the location: it was a nice walk through one of the nicest villages on the lake to the ferry station. And, there are two bus lines that are super convenient (one just outside (#25) and one just a few minutes walk (#10)) making the entire lake accessable until late. The views from the unit are unbeatable! Waking up and going to bed looking at the lake was breathtaking. And it was so quiet. The unit had everything we needed for the one week stay and the bed was very comfortable. There is a little Lido/Beach up the street and a very nice beach club one ferry stop across the lake at Faggeto Lario. We hope to come back one day.

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Thanks again to Fabrizio!

Marcos place was clean, quiet, and peaceful. It is close to a few restaurant and everything is walkable. There are several hikes in the area too. Marco was very responsive and friendly.

Better than the photos! Perfect location to stroll down to the lido, enjoy the views from the hot tub, and have a home made dinner / BBQ with the view too. Great space inside and excellent amenities - mosquito/insect blinds on all the windows so you can happily leave the doors open all day. Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at the place! Everything was exactly as stated in the description – if not better. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal: quiet, yet well connected, with restaurants and shopping. I would especially like to highlight the host, who is very friendly, helpful and always available for questions or concerns. You can immediately tell that a lot of heart and attention to detail is put into the work here. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free place to stay!

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .
