Monthly Rentals in Meidling

The apartment is simply great – tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you might need. The quiet location was ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. We found the walks in the nearby Schönbrunn Park particularly beautiful, whether in the morning or in the evening – a real highlight! The contact with Guy was very pleasant and straightforward, and we were well informed in advance about everything important. The only small downside: The sofa was not quite as comfortable. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend the apartment – we felt completely comfortable!

A really good place to stay. Super close to the Meidling train station and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The instructions from the listing were super clear and I didn't need to contact the host at all. The self-check in was easy. The apartment itself could use better cleaning, however. I found hair from previous guests and they didn't vacuum beneath tables where a lot of dirt was found. Overall, a good stay in Vienna for a good price. I'd stay there again if the opportunity came up.

It was my second stay in this amazing, cosy apparent that made my stay in Vienna wonderful & to come back home to the apartment was always a big pleasure!!! My biggest gratitude to Hannes for all details in the flat, all needed facilities, for a clean atmosphere, for so many dishes inside that make the stay always super comfortable & cosy!!! The location of the apparent is so nice to go both to the city centre & the train station!!! I enjoyed it so much !!! :)

nice new apartment in a quiet residence. quiet and residential neighborhood. A 15-minute walk from the subway or train. The bus also stops at the foot of the building (very convenient). Supermarket nearby and several restaurants and snacks. the apartment is spacious and bright, the terrace with a view is very nice. large, comfortable bed and very good water pressure. Responsive and very kind host. I would recommend it without hesitation
