The pool and garden area were excellent. 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town and beaches.

The house was the perfect location for my friend's bachelor party! The house itself was beautiful, great view of the ocean and golf course from the roof, and the pool and hot tub complete the experience. One of the beds did not have sheets or pillow cases on arrival, but otherwise it was a very pleasant experience!

We were 12 people who came together (ranging from 3- 89 years old), from across the globe and we all had a wonderful stay. It was perfect. The areas (inside and out) were large enough for us to gather together as a group, and the house was spacious enough that people could retreat to their room or area should they want to break away for some alone time. We cooked big dinners, spent hours in the pool, and played games at night. The grounds were private, filled with beautiful bougainvillea, geraniums, and hibiscus plants. There is plenty of sun and shade (outside) and ACs in the bedrooms. I would say the pictures don't do the home justice. The rooms are larger in person. The hosts were readily available to help with finding things in the home or with recommendations for things to do in the area.

We had an amazing 10 days in the villa. Stunning views, lots of different areas to relax and eat at the villa, lovely warm pool and in a great location to the town. Hosts were responsive, very helpful and welcoming.

We were lucky to find Casa Funchal at the last minute thanks to Chris' responsiveness. Located high up, the villa is a peaceful haven after a day of sightseeing. The pool heated by solar panels is a real plus for swimming in May in the sunny afternoon without being cold. Well-decorated and very cute English cottage, 10 minutes from Faro center. We recommend it for motorized travelers.

Amazing place, super close to nice beaches. Not so far away from city center, very quiet neighbourhood. We love the common areas of the place, spacious kitchen and outdoor pool, with a nice couch for chilling. The big and well equiped kitchen was a hit in our group. Outside of a problem we had with the jacuzzi we had a great time there. Super recommended the place.

We had a great stay in Lagos! The apartment has a central location in the historic city center, is very close to shops, cafes and restaurants and only 10min away from the beach. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed, like cooking equipment, towels, etc. Naomi communicated very well and gave us all the information we needed.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is amazing, the place itself is clean, cute, spacious and fun. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing Stay in Lagos! I had a fantastic time at this Airbnb in Lagos! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach (especially Praia do Canavial), restaurants, and a 20 minute walk from the charming old town. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great local recommendations and making sure I felt right at home. I especially appreciated the quiet, peaceful surroundings and the stunning plunge pool for hot summer evenings. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lagos—you won’t be disappointed!

Sandras place was amazing, its right on the beach and a 30 second walk to the restaurants. It was amazing waking up each morning to the sound of the sea, the place has 3 terraces that you can lounge on and the view from the hot tub on the roof is one not to miss. The kitchen is well layed out with all you need if you want to cook. Sandra was very helpful via text if we ever needed her and she gave us recommendations of where to eat etc. We will be returning to stay again for sure.

Eva's place was the perfect place to call home in Lagos. It's in a quieter area of the city but still walkable to everywhere. She was very helpful with instructions and advice for our stay and had someone to greet us while she talked us through the place via video call. lots of attention to detail and a very nicely decorated place, but still practical. If you're a light sleeper, ear plugs for the seagulls would be a good idea, but that's the same for anywhere in Lagos. Was able to find parking each day too and instructions in guestbook were great for confirming parking spots. Highly recommend.

Carla and her family we’re so kind and helpful during our stay, responding quickly to all of our messages, showing us how to get to the town, what restaurants they like, her fathers vegetable garden, and offering to pick us up and drop us off at the bus stop when we arrived and left. A beautiful location, which was so peaceful and well maintained. A genuine pleasure to stay at Carla’s property, thank you :)

Unique location right on the beach, very nice interior, incredible view! We were happy about our Oropax, because you could also clearly hear the surf at night. Several good restaurants are a few minutes' drive away. Highly recommended, we will be back for sure!

We are a family with five children , traveling for a month in Portugal and sleeping in Airbnb apartments, and this was by far the best house in every way: 1. The owner Tiago, from the first moment gives a warm and caring attitude and helps in all respects including the delicious treats at the check in, the host Ester is super nice . 2. This is by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. This was the most charming and comfortable home. We were within walking distance to everything we needed. Kira’s hospitality was so generous and we hope to return one day!

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. The house is amazing and the gardens are out of this world! Brilliant location for families as it’s really quiet but within walking distance to the town. The house is so clean - everything was spotless.

We had a very nice stay at Ana's place. The place is very clean and great equipped, we didn't miss anything. Especially highly recommended for families, because everything was thought of (toys, high chair, baby bath, etc.) The area is quiet and rural, yet Lagos can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Ana is a great host who is always easily accessible and makes you feel at home.

Absolutely charming house, well furnished and equipped on 2 floors with a small balcony overlooking the marina. Perfect for a couple . Two from the historic district and the promenade along the marina. Laura was welcoming and gave us good recommendations on restaurants and activities to do around!

Our stay was amazing! The property is beautiful and in a great location. Sylwia was very responsive and helpful, and she allowed us to check in an hour early. The check-in time depends on the cleaners, but she was responsive and updated us on the earliest we could arrive.

Paola was an absolutely incredible host — super responsive, kind, and made everything so easy from the moment we booked. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with lots of little touches that made it feel like home.
