My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! The lake is just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Dear holiday guest, The apartment is 100 square meters and is equipped with a very bright and spacious living room, two bedrooms with double beds, the larger one has an extra bed, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Living and sleeping rooms as well as the hallway are designed with natural wood floors. The renovated apartment is about a 2-minute walk from the historic city center of Meersburg.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." My accommodation (Fewo Luisa, approx. 27 sqm) is located in the old town of Meersburg, a stone's throw from the historic sights, facing a quiet side street, surrounded by very good restaurants, cafes, bars as well as museums and shopping. Pets are welcome. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity, lake, boat and ferry about a 10-minute walk away. Free parking at nearby public parking lot

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2min away.
