The newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our house! With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Wifi available but no TV. Feel invited. Outstanding is the large sports room, which is equipped with table tennis tables, fitness balls and plenty of space. If required, another accommodation and food can be requested on request, next door in the inn.

Idyllic village life with good train connections

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We offer a cozy, fully furnished apartment close to Bad Rodach. The location is quiet and rural. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area to explore nature. At the front door, we have set up an exchange shelf where everyone can take a souvenir for free. Many shops, a gas station, a thermal bath, bakery and café are about 6 km away, in Bad Rodach.

Blaues Paradies

We were already at home from the first second. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very cozy. She was our little island while visiting the family. I can only recommend.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a sleek glass enclosure and dual showerheads. A round mirror is mounted above a wooden vanity with a vessel sink. Decorative tiles enhance the floor, complemented by a stylish wall-mounted shelf and a minimalistic toilet.

Cozy country house with Indian flair

The place is very cozy and beautiful, in the middle of a small village. There is a lot of greenery and nature to walk around. Highly recommend the thermal spa in Bad Rodach. I'd love to come back

We felt very comfortable right away, with so many loving details it felt more like a home than a vacation apartment for a very short time. Really very clean, and Andrea was easily accessible and always responded quickly. On foot you can reach a small village shop for bakery purchases and a butcher shop. The water castle within walking distance is beautiful. At Andrea's you can definitely relax, feel comfortable, and enjoy a nice break from everyday life, we will be happy to come back.
