The newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our house! With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Stylish old building apartment in the heart of Coburg

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Wifi available but no TV. Feel invited. Outstanding is the large sports room, which is equipped with table tennis tables, fitness balls and plenty of space. If required, another accommodation and food can be requested on request, next door in the inn.

Idyllic village life with good train connections

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We offer a cozy, fully furnished apartment close to Bad Rodach. The location is quiet and rural. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area to explore nature. At the front door, we have set up an exchange shelf where everyone can take a souvenir for free. Many shops, a gas station, a thermal bath, bakery and café are about 6 km away, in Bad Rodach.

There were four of us at Tim's place over the long Pentecost weekend. Despite the really cheap accommodation price, we received a few small welcome gifts, such as wine and fruit. In addition, all the utensils you need are available in the kitchen, such as baking paper, coffee filters, etc. The apartment is quite small, but well laid out and above all sweetly furnished and decorated. The area is quiet, as the apartment is behind the house and thus away from the street. In the small village itself, you cannot do so much, but you can reach Bad Staffelstein, Bamberg or Coburg in a short time by car.

A Nespresso coffee machine is positioned next to a light blue toaster on a textured countertop. A cup rests beneath the coffee dispenser, ready for brewing. To the left, a vertical rack displays colorful coffee capsules, providing easy access for guests.
