Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Medianía Baja

What a find- such a gem. We walked the farm, had drinks at the bar, enjoyed excellent pizza and made friends with their cats. Such a cool spot on our road trip. Also, while Puerto Rico was having a black out, the farm is run by solar power. So no worries if that were to happen on your stay.

Absolutely amazing, the house was just as described in the pictures! The host Nita was so attentive! She went out her way to accommodate my children to the point she bought a pack and play as well as a stroller for my little one!!!! Truly amazing, I will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay at Felicita’s very much. The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. The host was very responsive to our needs and even provided local recommendations. I had a wonderful stay at Tranquilo’s vacation place! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything I wanted to do, and check-in was smooth and easy. Host responded in a timely manner. I would definitely come back!

The place was amazing. The house is very spacious, was exactly as shown in pictures and the area is very peaceful, it's not too far from many beaches and the airport. I will definitely stay here again❤️

I love the house it was perfect to celebrate my birthday. I just don't like the stray cats and dogs. One made it up on the porch and popped on the welcome mat. It was raining and we weren't paying attention and stepped in it. Runined a good pair of sandals. If you don't like excessive dog barking or listening to roosters at 2:30am this place isn't for you. But if you can stand a little noise it's perfect. The host is great very responsive provides a phone number for you to call with questions and she has a translator. I'd definitely rent again.

We loved the house, faithful to the photos. Communication with the host was quick and effective. Being able to get to the house and check in quietly and without distractions was a plus. But the best of the best, The Pool. Wow... we didn't want to leave that area. There are already plans to return.

Our stay at Josue’s Airbnb villa was absolutely amazing! The home was exactly as pictured clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was peaceful and private, with quick access to the beach, grocery stores, and local spots like Piñones. Josue was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He made sure we felt welcome and had all the info we needed before we even arrived. Check-in was easy, and the entire stay felt seamless. The villa was perfect for our group of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers), with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and we loved the outdoor space, especially in the evenings. Thank you, Josue, for helping make this vacation so special. We would absolutely stay here again!

everything was perfect with the airbnb it self! pretty clean! everything works how it should, the dominó table and beach chairs came in clutch, easy access and parking space for 2 cars was also perfect, however i couldn't give a perfect 5 star review like i would've wished to. check out is at 11:00am and i understand that but standing at the front door at 11:10am felt very disrespectful since we were literally rushed out of the place. she did say someone had booked it for 3:00pm wich although a little weird since its Monday could be true but she could've waited 5 minutes in the car to be respectful to the people that are staying there. this is quite literally the first time ive experienced this in a airbnb and was beyond uncomfortable, for me and the kids. overall the facilities are great and relaxing, the apartment itself its comfortable and nice. my only problem was the one mentioned before. just an advice if check out is at 11:00am just wait till 11:30am so guests dont feel kicked

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! The unit was great and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and floating vests! This was a great plus for me. We enjoyed our time there at the pools and at the beach. I appreciated the security and the amenities at the location. The host was available and very responsive. I appreciated Norka's communication.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and it had so many thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. There were even toys for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The space was well organized, and the complex felt safe and peaceful at all times. The pools were simply spectacular — perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. One of the highlights was how attentive and responsive the hosts were. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions. We’d definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

I would highly recommend booking a place from Zenen and Wanda. Their place was exactly as expected from the listing. The one downside was the lazy river was under construction and not made apparent until after booking (it should be up and running May 1st forward!) Communication was great and we were there during one of the electric blackouts. They were super hosts, trying to be as accommodating as possible during a stressful situation with little ones in tow. Thanks for the hospitality and I’d recommend your place to anyone considering.

Communication with the host was quick and effective. Elias couldn't have treated us better; we felt right at home. Everything was in order, very clean, and had enough space for my family. We felt right at home. Elias sent us a list of restaurants and places to visit, which was very helpful. If we return, we would choose this place.

The resort was really nice. Our kids really enjoyed all the pools and having easy access to the beach. Outside of the resort the area was rough but there were so many fun things to do within 30-45 minutes. We did a half day jungle tour that was one of our favorite activities. Also highly recommend Luquillo beach-one of our favorites. The house was nice and fit our family of seven well. There wasn’t much storage in the bedrooms and we couldn’t really unpack our suitcases. The kitchen was also pretty bare and made it harder to cook due to the lack of dishes, etc. Those things were pretty minor and the overall value was great and we were really happy with our stay!

Alia & Jeremy saved our vacation! We had an issue with another Airbnb (inaccurately described and literally had NO water) so this was a last minute reservation. They were able to accommodate us quickly with an early check in. It is exactly as described, smelled so clean & bright as soon as we opened the door! The info book has a list of recommended restaurants & things to do - we followed that boom and were not disappointed and helped us make great memories!
