Vacation rentals with beach access in Medianía Baja

This property in Loiza was the perfect location to everything. good distance to lot of activities we wanted to do. It was very easy to find. The home inside was exactly as described. It was very nice to have chairs and beach towels to use for the beach! We visited many of the surrounding beaches but the beach that is right behind the property is very nice too. Super peaceful.

My stay was AMAZING!!!! 360’ views, mountains in the front and the beach in the backyard. Amenities were beyond expectation. The beds were so cozy and I slept like a baby. My family enjoyed every moment spent here. We will definitely be back! Thank you Tenly for being so proactive and responsive to our every need!!

Echoing other reviews that said this place is a hidden gem, it absolutely is! Loíza itself doesn’t have a lot going on but it’s so close to many of the places we wanted to see/activities we wanted to do while in PR. The property was clean, had what we needed in the kitchen, and lots of linens. The washer/dryer was a huge perk as well. I can’t say enough about the private beach access out back… we would find ourselves pushing other plans off because we wanted to stay at the beach. We were the only ones there every day and it was a total dream. We would most definitely book this stay again!

This place is a hidden gem! The interior is larger than it looks in the photos and the host thought of so many little extras to make it an amazing stay. The location couldn’t be better — easy drive from San Juan airport, a few steps from the beach & pool, close to Walmart, the rain forest, amazing beaches, and tons of restaurants. It’s a lovely place but if you’re used to the Hilton, you’ll notice some chipped paint and minor cosmetic items. However, the host way more than makes up for that with all the extras, including tons of pillow and linens, beach towels, free laundry in the unit, beach chairs & cooler, kitchen extras like spices and ketchup, BBQ grill with charcoal provided, & even two sleeping mats, which was perfect for my little one who still likes to sleep in mom’s room. The air conditioner was super cold. Our kids had fun in the pool, especially bc the host provided a fun pool float. This is a perfect place for a family to explore Puerto Rico & feel safe & at home.

Great Host, property was clean, welcoming, roomy and comfortable enough for our family of 7 to enjoy a movie, we would stay again. The pool was great and easy access. The beach is nice with easy access, less than 100 yards from the for to gate.

The place is well maintained and nice location. Private beach access is cool. The main security staff are very nice and always friendly. The house provides two beach chairs and they are very useful. The place is fellt like a home. Damaris is very responsive. Highly recommended.

The house is just as described- comfortable and super clean. Ready with games and activities for the family to enjoy at the house . Steps away from the beach or pool located on the premises. We had an amazing stay in this peaceful, private neighborhood. The home is spacious, and the pool was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing—especially after coming off a three-day wedding celebration. One of the highlights was the bakery just outside the gate, Panadería La Dolores—highly recommend calling ahead to order breakfast or coffee for a convenient morning treat. The location is ideal, just 10–15 minutes from El Yunque and Luquillo, making it a great home base for exploring the area. Highly recommend staying in Rio Grande!

It was great for our family. The beach was outside the front door and just across the street. We had the beach to ourselves. The water was lovely to swim in,(sandy bottom & great waves). The host had everything we needed for the beach; towels, chairs, boogie boards were a blast. It's an older home but we had hot showers, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. I would recommend this place, and look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay at Felicita’s very much. The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. The host was very responsive to our needs and even provided local recommendations. I had a wonderful stay at Tranquilo’s vacation place! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything I wanted to do, and check-in was smooth and easy. Host responded in a timely manner. I would definitely come back!

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

We loved the house, faithful to the photos. Communication with the host was quick and effective. Being able to get to the house and check in quietly and without distractions was a plus. But the best of the best, The Pool. Wow... we didn't want to leave that area. There are already plans to return.

The stay was beautiful! My youngest really enjoyed being able to be on the beach everyday we were there. Its a great backdrop for photos and the space was clean. The area the people are nice and speak however they are still really reserved. We would definitely come back to visit again. Thank you for allowing us to share your space and for coming to yo fix the tv the next day.

Fred and Vane’s place made for an excellent stay. Very responsive and excellent communication. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, felt at home, and even give recommendations. Great stay they really are superhosts! We were a family of 7 with 2 babies. Apt had everything we needed including things like children's swim vests, toys, and upon request highchairs + baby cribs. Beautiful pool view from flat and close walk to the private beach. Pablo was quick to help with concerns regarding water boiler and local recs for nearby groceries. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks for having us!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

I would highly recommend booking a place from Zenen and Wanda. Their place was exactly as expected from the listing. The one downside was the lazy river was under construction and not made apparent until after booking (it should be up and running May 1st forward!) Communication was great and we were there during one of the electric blackouts. They were super hosts, trying to be as accommodating as possible during a stressful situation with little ones in tow. Thanks for the hospitality and I’d recommend your place to anyone considering.

Communication with the host was quick and effective. Elias couldn't have treated us better; we felt right at home. Everything was in order, very clean, and had enough space for my family. We felt right at home. Elias sent us a list of restaurants and places to visit, which was very helpful. If we return, we would choose this place.
