We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, extremely clean, very stylish, and the attendance of the staff was exceptional. The staff was going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's an oasis inside with fabulous space, a dreamy terrace, very clean rooms, delicious food, and incredibly attentive staff. Great value for the money. We hope to stay here again.

Great attention

This was my first time staying at this place. The room was very nice. It was large and the jacuzzi worked great. There is a relaxing bar/restaurant downstairs. Next door is a great place for beer and wings. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Hotel & Staff! Breakfast included every morning. Only issue is noise at night because of the parties but if you use headphones you'll sleep well. My favorite hotel in Parque lleras

A place of very good taste, beautiful and quiet facilities, with security we will visit them again. We really enjoyed our stay, the food, it is a perfect place to rest with a staff always willing to attend with respect and kindness. Had a great stay at Casa Medallo. The house is very nice, very tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. A special mention for Carlos and Pilar's kindness and attention throughout my stay. I really felt at home there there and I will come back there without hesitation!

The place has a luxurious theme where it makes you feel like true “kings”; the spectacular attention, the welcome was amazing as well as their food. Great facilities It makes you dream. Carolina ( the host) wonderful !

The team at the hotel was very accommodating, attentive, friendly, top tier staff. Made us feel heard. The neighbors were being loud and they were proactive about it. We loved the provided complimentary amenities such as kayaking.

We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was very modern, and the self check-in and check-out process was straightforward and convenient. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a very good option for a stay in Medellin.

Excellent hotel in Caldas, I couldn't ask for something better. Excellent attention from the end to the end. Coffee and delicious donuts every morning, super central location, excellent for the purposes of my trip. 100% recommended and I would always come back.

Rau was incredibly helpful and responsive. We wanted to use the jacuzzi in the morning before checking out and he went out of his way to make it happen. The cleaner was also super friendly and kind. Great value place!

Only stay for one night, but they were awesome very nice and friendly/attentive with whatever the client’s needs. This is a place that you wanna stay (they are so nice) unfortunately I only use it for one night. I hope to have the opportunity to come back and explore a little bit more. This was my second time staying here – and that already says a lot! It’s just such a beautiful, peaceful place that instantly feels like home. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, cozy, and welcoming. I felt completely comfortable from the first moment. This time, we stayed in one of the other rooms at Romero en Flor — and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. You can really tell how much love and attention to detail Flor puts into every space. The atmosphere in the whole house is calm and peaceful — perfect after a long day exploring Medellín. We especially appreciated the little touches: beautiful plants, a delicious scent in the air, and the feeling that nothing is ever too much to ask. Flor and Juli continue to be the heart of this place. Their warmth and hospitality make every stay here something truly special. Highly recommend — and I hope to return again soon!
