Maria Teresa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great location with lots of great restaurants nearby and easy to get a taxi. The ceilings in the bathroom are short, so just take note if you are a tall person. But everything is a described and clean! Would stay again.

The apartment is very clean, the communication is excellent, this is my second time staying in one of their apartments and the service is 100% … I recommend them 🙏🏻

The location of this property is absolutely extraordinary. It is so glorious to walk out the door into a beautiful lush and verdant park full of trees and birds. Around the park are numerous laptop-friendly cafés, as well as pleasant restaurants for evening dining. It is an easy stroll to many lovely locations, and very centrally located for any car rides to other locations. I felt productive, nourished, and inspired there. The room was basic, but had the essentials. I’d stay there again.

The apartment is beautiful, just as seen in the photos, they delivered it well cleaned and with the necessary implements. It is located in the upper part of the Loma de San José so if they go by car take into account that the engine must be on the 100 as we saw several cars that skated more with rain.

Great location, with tons of restaurants nearby. The apartment has plenty of storage, comfy beds, and is in a secure building.

The place is wonderful, very quiet, safe, with incredible views, super clean, very well equipped kitchen, impeccable rooms and bathroom, the bedding and clean and comfortable pillows, there are fruit trees, it has a very nice tree house, the climate is very cool, the host is too kind and attentive to everything you need, the place is highly recommended if you like nature and tranquility

I really enjoyed staying at Mauricio's place. He speaks fluent English, is a nice guy, gave me lots of help and advice. It may not be a modern home, but it's spacious, clean, secure and has some cool communal areas like his back yard bar and chill out area. I really enjoyed his neighbourhood as it has everything you need, yet it is not too busy. Nearby there is the Pueblito Paisa and an amazing sports park, lots of friendly cafes and restaurants, Unicentro mall, and it felt very safe. Laureles is only a short walk away. I would definitely book this place again.

I spent 3 weeks at Carlos' place and felt like home every day of it. He's a very knowledgable, accommodating, helpful and generally a pleasant person. It is always fast and easy to communicate with him. The house, as the whole complex, is well-maintained, safe, spotless and pest free. Furniture inside is new and comfortable. High ceilings and beautiful artwork around the house make the place cozy and warm. There is no shortage of malls, restaurants, cafes or supermarkets within walking distance.

It's a very nice house in a perfect location to be quiet, it's exactly like the photos! In addition, the beds are super comfortable, everything is clean and perfect, I would definitely rent it again, it is worth it, I recommend it 100%. Felipe was very helpful at all times, clear instructions to get to the house, the security man at the entrance was also very friendly at all times. I recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and have a good time with your family or friends.
