Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Medellin Metropolitan Area

The place is very nice, clean, cozy and private. It exactly matches what is shown in the promotional photos. The only observation is that, during our stay, there were many flies, which is quite annoying. I hope they find a solution to chase them away. Andrés, the host, was very attentive, friendly and quick to respond to our questions and needs. We had a great time!

It is a very nice Finca. The pool is wonderful. The on-site Property Manager Jose is extremely kind and helpful. Beautiful property and view. Management takes care of you to make sure you are fully satisfied.

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

I had an amazing stay. The house is as pictured and the neighborhood is peaceful. Wilmer and his team are very professional I will definitely return!

We had a great time with our family!! The place is well located with a beautiful view of La Fe reservoir. Mariana and her father were very responsive when we needed help.

Clean apt in a safe neightbour hood. Alot of greocey stores near by. Easy walk to Laureles. The owner is attentive and easy to get a hold of.

Location was excellent. Place was clean and very easy to get in to. No air conditioning which is why I marked 4 stars, but there was a fan. There was also a pretty intense smell of some sort of room-refresher and it made me feel nauseous lol but I am sensitive to that stuff. Overall was super happy with the spot. really cute and well located. we walked everywhere.

I stayed at this place for more than two weeks and the experience was excellent. Olga and Mariana were super attentive and loving from the moment we arrived. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well maintained and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is perfect, very central and safe, just a 3-minute walk from a shopping mall and surrounded by many places to eat. I highly recommend it!

This unit is perfect. The balcony has great views and everything is functional. The AC is perfect as Medellin is getting warmer. Also, having a washer and dryer cuts down on my excess packing. The building is quiet but to get to the action is a three minute Uber or 14 minute walk(I timed it). Catalina and team have excellent communication. I recommend this unit.

The apartment was as advertised. Good location, near central Medellin by museums, public transportation, restaurants and shopping.

Great apartment. We loved it. Beautiful view I can not describe how perfect it is. Lots of space 3 bathrooms/ 2 showers perfect for our family of 6. Look nowhere else this is it I’ll recommend to friends and family. Great people easy to communicate.. 5 stars.

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

I just had a great all around time. Right in the middle of the best part of Poblado but still quiet inside the condo. Vey walkable to Lleras park, provenza, the best restaurants, clubs, action, fun! It had it all. A nice full leather sofa and large leather chair was nice and so rare to have such comfortable quality furniture at an airbnb to sit in to relax, chat, netflix, surf the net. A great pleasant surprise!
