Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Medellín

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

Great apartment, a little far from the center, but it's got everything.

Very nice apartment. Easy to find, clean and spacious. With everything you need for a good stay. Many places nearby such as supermarkets, Oxxo, cafes, and shopping center. Focusing on the apartment, it's very functional, the only thing to improve is the sofa, very hard, hahaha, otherwise everything is great. I'd come back. Very good service.

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

I had an amazing stay. The house is as pictured and the neighborhood is peaceful. Wilmer and his team are very professional I will definitely return!

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Our stay at this El Poblado gem was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment itself is upscale and immaculately clean, with a modern design that feels professionally curated down to the smallest detail—think designer furniture, tasteful artwork, and every appliance you could possibly need. We felt safe and comfortable from the moment we walked in. A special shout-out to Carlos, the doorman. He greeted us with a warm smile every day, His attentiveness was the icing on the cake.

This was the most wonderful Airbnb experience! Hands down the best in Medellín, in the lovely area of Laureles. The space is huge, clean, spacious and full of light. The balcony on the second floor is a dream and the jacuzzi is *chef’s kiss*. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city, which we loved to just sit and take in at night. It truly felt like an oasis. The hosts were kind and very quick with responses, addressing any questions we had. They were even flexible with our checkout, which we greatly appreciated. The weekly cleaning was also a beautiful touch. Highly recommend!

I recommend Claudia’s place for it’s comfortable and clean atmosphere. Very good location, close to most attractions and in a very safe neighborhood. Claudia is very proactive and easy to reach. As 3 women traveling alone we felt very comfortable and safe.

Maria's place is fantastic. The building is safe, with plenty of amenities, including a rooftop pool, 24 hour security and a bar / restaurant in the lobby. There's a Carulla super market super close by, and Provenza is also easily reachable by walking. Maria is a fantastic host. She was always super responsive, and also gave some excellent local recommendations for things to do, and places to eat. Fully recommend!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at, starting with location and the premises are wonderful!! Juanma the host was always available and made sure we had everything we needed asap! I definitely recommend this place above any other! Can’t wait to be back

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

Jessica was always friendly from the beginning until the last day. She's a very friendly host. The appartment was to my liking. I would definitely stay there again. It was very pleasant. The views from the balcony were amazing. I felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.
