This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Old Nettelbeck Distillery - Loft Apartment

Living and vacationing under the stork's nest in old, listed walls (built 1850) in the so-called machine house of the old schnapps distillery. Exhibitions and concerts are regularly held in the vaulted rooms. In courses, blacksmithing can be learned here in the workshop. We have been renting the first apartment for 4 years - with the second we have a total of 10 beds, e.g. for family meetings or courses - or you can enjoy the place with plenty of space alone or as a couple.

Lake Müritz, Meck-Cottage II, pure nature and enjoyment

Our apartment offers a beautiful place of relaxation in quiet surroundings. The skylights have a sun protection roller and separate fly screen roller; Kitchenette and separate dining table including sofa and armchair, bed are in one room, the courtyard garden invites you to linger. The small swimming beach is only 300 meters away, where the water landscape of the Müritz invites you to swim, paddle or take another boat tour. Day trips by car offer beautiful destinations.

Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

Country loft on a lively seminar farm in nature

The 60 sqm apartment consists of a large room with sleeping places for up to four people, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and an entrance area with washing machine. The apartment is good for families, couples and small groups. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a large property with many fruit trees and shrubs, old trees and natural meadow directly on the lake.

The open, light-flooded apartment in the attic is a perfect retreat for your stay in Rostock. The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

Studio in Lexow under the walnut tree

Large spacious studio with direct access to a 3500m large garden for country lovers. The studio is located in a 150-year-old stone house, renovated until March 2023. The loft has a bed with a 160 cm wide mattress, a designer sofa, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio has direct access to a large orchard. Large loft with private garden in nature reserve

Knehden is idyllically located in a protected natural area, about five kilometers from Templin. In the area, not only cranes breed, but also sea eagles and fish eagles. In addition, with a bit of luck you can discover otters, beavers and colorful kingfishers. The spectacle of the crane migration is particularly impressive in autumn. Three lakes are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle.

Loft in the old factory

We have renovated our unique loft in recent years with great attention to detail. We have taken great care to preserve the original factory style and reinterpret it in a cosy way. Nearby are shops, bars, the beautiful Orankesee lake with its beer garden and restaurant, as well as parks for walking or strolling. The nearest railway station can be reached in two to three minutes and you can explore Berlin from here.

Studio in the attic

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Linden Park. University, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy district of KTV.
