studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Beautifully designed 45 sqm apartment . With separate access from the front house or the Schlosspark Plaue . Adjacent in the back house is the ceramics workshop , gladly visit :-) , and my living area...150 m through the castle park is the charming , morbid castle and castle tavern right on the lake....All places visible in the photos, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from the loft.... Electric bikes and kayaks are available for rent and table tennis who can play...Greetings from the potter

Hello, this is Alexander ( renting my flat with AirBnB since the last 15 years) My luxury flat is a an 85 square meters with a balcony on the roofs of the Hackescher Markt neighborhood which is the most central in Berlin... with a view on our own personal „Eiffel tower“, the Berlin TV tower. Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.
