Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Mecklenburg-Strelitz

Our stay in the castle was truly fairytale! Despite the rather rainy weather, we were able to deal with board games thanks to the friendly host and just come down. The area around the castle is adorable and the building is full of history! The event "as a guest of friends" was the highlight of our stay. There was a variety of the grill, delicious wine and an exciting tour of the property. Since we arrived without a car but had to shop, the host kindly offered us to use his car. The dogs and cats are very trustworthy and rounded out the holiday in addition. Thank you for everything!

We highly recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to stay in an anonymous hotel room. It is a house of character with history, free-spirited and serene. The people are welcoming, the food is delicious and the beds are comfortable. Thanks Johannes and Montserrat for the lovely weekend.

It was beautiful, we felt very much at home. The two were always friendly and approachable when we needed anything or had questions. We also enjoyed the sauna very much. We came back home completely relaxed and will come back again! :)

I had a really good time at Petra's. Totally great accommodation and Petra is a very warm person. You feel right at home and not at all like a classic Airbnb. The two very sweet dogs were the icing on the cake for me.

Absolutely loving John’s and Sandie’s place! We stayed at the cabin in the woods. Lots of privacy, dense green and birds chirping. We loved the little terrace where we had breakfast every morning (highly recommend Sandie’s breakfast). Beds super comfy and sauna was the perfect way to end the day. National park very close and the little restaurant in the village is worth a visit (homemade food and cake). John and Sandie definitely created a place full of magic! We’ll be back <3

The house is soulful, Wabby-Sabby, full of charachter and atmosphere. we had a clean, comfortable and spacious room overlooking the serene garden and the enchanting church. Breakfasts are a delight –we will miss the home made sourdough bread and fresh eggs from the free garden hens. Don’t miss out on the dinners with amazing hosts Johannes and Montserrat - nourishing in every realm. Beautiful surroundings, perfact for biking. Fields of flowers, lakes for swiming, rivers, forest, small sweet tows, short car ride from beautiful nature reserves. Looking forward to return to this restorative haven – heaven.

Great place, very quiet, spacious, clean, with plenty of walks nearby. Nice garden with space for a dog to run around. Roger is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

Really good place in a calm area. Roger is a nice host and he served a tasteful breakfast with bread and many toppings.

We only spent one night at Ines and Ulrich's, but we were able to relax well while sitting on the terrace, eating at the marina and swimming in the lake. The place is great to briefly escape the hectic everyday life into the quiet and idyllic Priepert. Breakfast at the kitchen table was lovingly arranged, with a large selection and very cozy. We will be happy to come back :))

Very relaxed, quiet and atmospherically dense place to stay. We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to make the property our own and travel in time. Breakfast in the conservatory, then with a book from the library to the meadow and linger in the evening with candlesticks in the back room. In addition, lovingly furnished rooms and a lot of historical backgrounds of Frauke and her family. A nice place and not the last visit!

It made you feel right home. We were allowed to arrive in peace. At breakfast, the first question was if we slept well. The question of the room number then came quite casually later, super relaxed! The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good both qualitatively and from the selection! Very happy to come back and highly recommended.

Simply the best living. Sabine & Rich are wonderful and such uncomplicated people and exude great "homecoming vibes ." Young Great Dane Artus puts the crown on the whole thing. You have to try it!
