Oase der Ruhe in Seenähe... Captain's House

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr beschaulich und völlig ruhig in einer Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock , und hat einen schönen Rundumbalkon mit Tisch und Stühlen für einen schönen Tag in der Sonne. Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt Dich vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Inzwischen haben wir auch eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. In unserem Haus befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung….Captains Suite.

Die Gästewohnung mit Blick auf das angrenzende FFH-Gebiet befindet sich in unserem Haus in einem abgetrennten Bereich (Schallschutztür) mit separatem Eingang. Ihr kommt per Code jederzeit in die Wohnung und schließt sie mit dem Code ab. Das Zimmer und Bad haben Fußbodenheizung bzw. Kühlung im Sommer. Ein Babybett (120x60 cm) sowie ein Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage vorhanden. Die Sauna kann dazu gebucht werden (25€ für einen Slot, ca. 3-4 Stunden inkl. Saunatüchern).

Ihr wohnt im Dachgeschoss unseres neu aufgebauten Bauernhauses. Das ganze Haus ist ein Ferienhof mit 3 Wohneinheiten. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet mit einzelnen Akzenten aus vergangener Zeit. Ein kleiner Balkon mit grandioser Aussicht auf die Allgäuer Alpen rundet unseren „Lieblingsplatz“ ab. Im Haus ist eine Sauna.
