Pretty cottage, quiet location in view of the River Kent. All amenities walking distance with regular access to the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales. Kendal Castle minutes away, a nearby hotel offers pool and gym. Kendal hosts Brewery Arts Centre, one of leading arts centres in the UK. Parking is in front of the house. Welcoming guests from all nationalities, faiths and backgrounds, sadly no pets in the cottage. Children welcome with books/games/ toys adapted to age.

Private parking 1 car driveway. Walking times to: Kendal centre 10 min. Supermarkets 5 min. Kendal train station 6 mins. (Direct trains to Manchester Airport, Windermere and Oxenholme) .
