We enjoyed our stay. From the “lakeside view” description we thought we would be able to see the water, but instead it was a pretty view of green trees behind their house. Other than that everything was great. The hot tub was a nice perk.

Wonderful stay! Quiet location and very walkable/bikeable location. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking during my stay. Hosts very responsive. Looking forward to a return trip to stay here on Grover St!

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

Hobo Hideaway B was perfect! Check in was easy. Justin responsive and helpful. The place was clean, nicely decorated with fun decor, and comfy. Great location, walking distance to the Neosho square. Fun place to stay!

Wow—what an incredible stay! I’ve stayed at 30+ Airbnbs, and this was truly one of the best. 10/10—would absolutely stay again! Pros: 1) Location. The location is unbeatable—right in the downtown square, yet surprisingly private. It’s an upstairs unit (stairs were no issue, even with kids), and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a stunning park with a waterfall and playground. 2) Parking. I never had an issue finding a parking spot on the street right in front of the unit. 3) Beds/furniture. My kids loved the bunk bed room, and all beds in the apartment (and the massive couch) were super comfortable—finding a bed I find comfortable while traveling is rare for me! 4) Amenities/Bathroom/Style. The unit had plenty of extra pillows and blankets, the bathroom was great and the shower had strong water pressure, and the overall style and decor had a cool, unique vibe. 5) Host. The host was responsive and welcoming. If you have the chance to book this place, DO IT!

Mark’s place was very neat, clean, and well equipped with all modern facilities. It was a very comfortable stay and I will recommend it to anyone who comes across.

For all the City folks, this place is for you. If you want to see how country life is then this is what the good life is about. We saw deer right outside when we went to the front porch to have our coffee. These are good people offering a great place to stay with everything needed to have a great time. Full kitchen, 2 bed, 2 bath barndo with all the creature comforts. Valerie was just an email away and helped us every time we asked. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will stay there again. Best place in the Ozarks in my opinion. Close to Bentonville/Rogers where you can get anything you need. It won’t surprise me if I have a hard time securing dates next time, because if you go, you will want to go again!

Absolutely loved our stay in the farmhouse. We were a short drive into Arkansas for a MTB trip and loved the seclusion of the farm. Jana was super friendly and helpful. Multiple living areas and lots of beds really caters to large families and groups. The Glamping area up the hill could make for an incredible get-together if space in the house isn't enough for everyone. To top things off, we spotted a Bald Eagle in one of the trees. Can't wait to return!

Nice and spacious!! With great accommodations

It was a fantastic stay! Our float trip was 10/10 as this house was so close to the Elk River/River Ranch Resort and it felt like home after spending hours in the water. The keypad check-in was painless and there was a real key once inside the home. The space accommodated our 9 adults comfortably for sleeping arrangements. The patio had furniture and a grill available for use. The kitchen had pots/pans, plates, mugs and glasses. There were NO hand towels but there were paper towels readily available. The master bedroom had a CO2 or smoke alarm beep constantly but we were unable to access the alarm and had to sleep with the beeps, which was the only bad part of our trip. He gave recs/contact info for local shuttles and nightlife, and when the WiFi password wasn't working, his son came within the hour to assist us! I loved all the clean towels placed on the beds. If we return to Noel we definitely will stay with Jesus again!

Great roomy place. Open concept kitchen/dinning area/Living room. Everything you need to grill meals except charcoal. Nice large shared Hot Tub and Fire Pit area. Lots of open space for playing outdoor games or just chilling by the huge fire pit! Pets are graciously accepted. Great space for a large group to camp and explore the area, fish, float the Elk River. Would definitely recommend to other guests.

The house is a beautiful oasis away from any hustle and bustle. The grounds are full of flowers and you can submerse yourself in the sounds of nature all around you. My favorite part was morning coffees on the deck watching and listening to all the birds the visit. This was exactly what i needed to get out of the city and to reconnect with the world that can surround us. Exquisite home matched with an exquisite host. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy such a beautiful home to ourselves!

Clean, quiet, and fantastic location! Perfect spot for one or two people looking for walkability to coffee, restaurants, shops, etc. We parked our car and did not use it the rest of our stay. Tracy and Eric were helpful, responsive, and flexible with a last minute change in plans. Much appreciated! Hope to stay here again soon.

Pink Door BnB is great! We never had any issues. They were very courteous and checked on us upon arrival to make sure we did not need anything extra. We had one request and it was to extend our stay if available. They responded quickly and were very helpful with extending our stay. Great place to stay communication is excellent. Had one issue it was taken care of within a couple hours. It was not a big deal. Things happen. No problems whatsoever absolutely great place to stay beautiful surroundings. Everything that you could possibly need. I will definitely stay there again I travel to that area of the state three or four times a month for business and I will definitely give her my business again. I manage a program that requires me to sometimes retrieve housing. While housing is typically quite expensive for the area, the location and setting of the space was ideal for my participants of my program. They were able to walk to and from work if needed as well as walk to different places to eat.

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay, plenty of room for 2 couples or small family, the outdoor area could was not near as nice as they portrayed it in the pictures, grill was nasty and no utensils, the table and chairs were filthy, but inside was just as expected!
