It was as good as I imagined! The house, very simple, where you can see that people have lived, worked, seen the seasons pass. The stove that warms a first, still cool evening. The large living room, bright in the morning. Almost 360° view! Silence! And the song of the larks too. You can leave the house to reach the Signal du Luguet, the highest point of the Cézallier. Long easy walk. La Godivelle and its 2 lakes is not far. Blesle, a cute village, no more. In June, it is a hedge of honor of flowers, all along the paths. I had a nice chat with Florence. She responds quickly and is very flexible on schedules. In short, if you love authentic simplicity, the beauty of a place, go for it!

We had such a nice and peaceful stay at Ben’s house. The view is mind blowing, the pool very convenient and the house is charming. Ben is a very nice and friendly host. I strongly recommend.

From the welcome to the departure, Michel and Marité were patient and easily adapted to my needs. The freshness of this stone house was an asset because my stay went during a very hot period. The rusticity of the accommodation does not entail any comfort and the careful maintenance of the premises totally annihilates the risk of dusty humidity sometimes inherent in these old mansions. I had come to rest, recharge, and walk around. Carton full!!! Thank you again and I hope on another occasion.
