Close to the city center and train station (2-3 min walk) while having greenery and relaxing quiet. Spacious and indoor games for the hypothesis where the sun would be too humid. Josepha and Bertrand are very friendly. One downside: need to cross the bedroom to go to the bathroom and toilet. So very good for a single person or couple, possible for small children, more complicated for other cases.
