Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. A large trailer overlooking the volcanoes, in the heart of a medicinal plant production garden. We have two donkeys near the trailer. Peace and quiet assured. 3 rooms for a total of 24 m²: bedroom with double bed 190 x 140, bedroom with single bed 190 x 90, kitchen area, shower, etc. (see description of the accommodation). Fitted sheets on the mattresses. We provide duvets, duvet covers, pillows and pillowcases, as well as wood for the stove.

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
