We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. Situated in the rural idyll of the Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk, it is handily located for the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and the coastal attractions of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the concerts at Snape Maltings, and Framlingham castle. Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.
