What an amazing stay! The view from the balcony is mesmerizing and waking up here every morning was like dreaming. This is a true gem and I will keep my memories of the lagoon, the people and way of living close to my heart for a long time. Daniel is a great host and a kind, empathetic and warm person. He was super proactive during my stay, gave me recommendations and tried everything to make my stay comfortable. I also felt very safe in the house and the area. I am so grateful to have stayed here 🙏🏼

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Les chambres sont très confortables, intimes et construites avec goût. La cuisine est moderne et le café mis à disposition est un vrai plus. Les hôtes sont attentifs et très gentils. Très belle option, un peu éloigné du centre mais accessible à pied.

Vale mucho la pena hospedarse en Casa Tlacuache❤️😊, esta muy cerca del centro aprox a 15min caminando, y tiene el Ecoparque y el Muelle 36 a tan solo 5 minutos , esperamos regresar pronto, ya que nos encantó todo el concepto la decoración, su hospitalidad, el desayuno preparado con amor por Careli, las áreas comunes y las habitaciones muy comodas y con todo lo necesario, nos sentimos como en casa ,mil gracias!❤️🎶

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bacalar ! Nous étions trois et le logement était parfait, très bien équipé, rien ne manquait. Tout était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. L'hôte était très réactif et disponible en cas de besoin, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

PROS Perfect location! Unbelievably beautiful! Greeted by clean pets (many cats and a dog named Naya of course!) Very clean, even in hidden spots. Staff was courteous and so very helpful! Naya reached out to offer us 2 free mezcalitas too! Tasty! Personal supply of fresh drinking water provided at arrival. Dessert too! The smell around the room was amazing! Super comfy bed—slept great! Spacious and plenty of room for 2.5 people. Accurate photos! Lots of steps to restaurant and lagoon-but so worth it-and it's easy steps at least! Clean, deep plunge pool. Outdoor shower was perfectly private. Lagoon was rocky-but so warm and pretty!! Plenty of parking in late April/early May. Very private overall. Road to Naya was bumpy, but very short! CONS No cons at all! What an amazing space! WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY AGAIN! THANK YOU, THANK YOU! 😀 My boyfriend proposed on the beautiful lagoon side. Breakfast, drinks, and the experience will always have a place in my heart!

Such an incredible place. Such incredible hosts! It is about 5 minutes north of Bacalar down a track that was easily passable even in a storm. The hosts were incredible, I cannot speak highly enough of them. They were even kind enough to go and get us petrol almost as soon as we had arrived because we had run out. They were so lovely! The accommodation is wonderful. Massive bed in an incredible cabin looking out over the lagoon, hammocks and pontoons to lie on in the sun, kayaks to use, this place is perfect! Very peaceful and secluded. It’s like being in the jungle but with luxuries.
