2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Stay at the Altenburg/Cannstatt

The rooms are located in a terraced house on the Altenburg in Bad Cannstatt. That's where my husband and I live. You reach the accommodation via a shared staircase, but have your private area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. High ceilings with a view of the beams give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. From here you can see the TV tower and reach both the city center and Bad Cannstatt in less than 15 minutes. Wilhelma, the stadium and the Mercedes Museum are easily accessible.

Bright 2.5 room apartment in Kornwestheim. The apartment is quiet and in a traffic-calmed zone. Bedding is available. In the bathroom, metro tiles in white with green accents were laid. Shower tub, sink. Towels are provided. Living room with sofa bed, coffee table, display cabinets and sideboard. Smart TV, internet and WiFi. On the gallery - accessible via a staircase, table and sideboard. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Underground parking is available.

In our beautifully situated 2-family house, we offer 2 rooms with bathroom, small kitchen, dining table in the former dental laboratory. The apartment is only a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest tram stop (Züricherstrasse). The Wasen site (folk festival) and the city center can be easily reached by train and taxi in less than 20 minutes. Shops, pharmacy, post office & restaurant, 20 minutes walk (Naststrasse, Römerkastell). Our guest area is not suitable for children

"There is no bird so small, it wants to have its nest." I offer a small, lovingly furnished and very well-maintained apartment on the outskirts of Stuttgart. It is on the 15th floor of a barrier-free high-rise building. The main station is only 20 minutes away by train (U7). Shopping nearby. On Fridays, the vegetable cart comes around 1:00 pm and offers fresh fruit and vegetables from its own cultivation. It is in the parking lot behind the house.

A 1-room granny apartment with a separate entrance awaits you. Our apartment has a large room with two box-spring beds, a sofa bed, wardrobe, dining table, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. For two adults, up to two children can also come. Public transport is approx. 300 meters from the property.
