Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Welcome to this fully renovated 1789 stone family home, located in the heart of the Morvan region in Château-Chinon, 15–30 minutes from the major lakes (Pannecière – Les Settons) and the Gallo-Roman town of Autun. This very old & traditional Morvan building offers you all the comforts of its 122 m² (1,313 sq. ft.) of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. A fully enclosed garden / courtyard with dining and/or relaxation area with sunbeds, which can also safely accommodate cars and/or motorcycles.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

De omgeving is ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers: tussen het Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan en het schilderachtige Canal du Nivernais. Ook perfect gelegen op de pelgrimsroute naar Santiago de Compostela, met Vézelay als historisch vertrekpunt.

In the heart of Burgundy, in the Morvan Regional Park, our spacious house is the perfect place to meet with family or friends. It combines authenticity, charm and comfort in a green environment with guaranteed peace and quiet. With its large living room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located at the gates of the village and bordered by 2 hectares of meadows, it has a large 4000 m² garden with terrace and orchard.

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

House, very bright and spacious, lost in the heart of Morvan. Large openings onto the forest and the pastures of cows and horses. The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.

A popular destination for hikers and mountain bikers, the GRP "Tour du Morvan" crosses Ménessaire. We are located 10 km from Lac des Settons and equidistant from Autun and Saulieu (25 km)
