The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building envelope and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were used in their natural state.

Im Studio selbst ist sehr hell durch die großen Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne. Durch die künstlerische Gestaltung hat das Studio einen besonderen Flair.
