Our apartment "Grias di" is a one-room apartment, very well and lovingly furnished. The apartment has a double bed 1.60 m and an additional sofa bed for a third guest or also 1-2 children. Here, too, there is the delivery option for a cot, high chair or the like. Access to the balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains delights the heart every morning and every evening when you return home after a successful tour. The Carinthian-style house is quietly located on a hill with a dream view over the lake (5 minutes away by car) and the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Our accommodation has multiple balconies where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The Millstätter Lake is just a few minutes' walk away and invites you to swim and sunbathe. The accommodation is fully equipped and includes towels, bedding, dishes, and a hairdryer.

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.
