The traditional wooden building, finished without a single nail, was completed by a renowned architect and a master carpenter. It is a calm space where you can feel the warmth of the craftsmanship. The strong yet delicate wooden frame, natural light through the shoji, and the shadows created by Isamu Noguchi's AKARI lighting create a beautiful fusion of tradition and modernity. The interior walls are made of Tosa plaster by artisans. You can have a comfortable stay regardless of the season, surrounded by the scent of cedar and cypress. The size is 195 ㎡. There are 4 Japanese-style rooms with 8 tatami mats that can accommodate up to 10 people. This place is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty and tranquility of Japan. We rent another house in the town where we live.There is no TV, but instead there is a grand piano, picture books, and a forest full of windows. 8weeks Fujimi is a house nestled at the foot of Fujimi Panorama Resort. Listen to the babbling of the stream and the refreshing wind of the highlands during the day, and gaze at the moonlight with a warm drink in hand at night.An unusual villa with a grand piano interior with a cabin interior creates an unusual, yet familiar space. We moved from the city with our one-year-old daughter in 2020, and we were fascinated by Fujimicho and decided to move in eight weeks.We had a luxurious time in the abundance of nature, and by the time it was eight weeks, we felt like we would "continue to live in this town".We named it "8 weeks" from the desire to have a "stay here".
