Monthly Rentals in Matilda Bay

I never thought my first few days in a new place would feel so cozy! She also gave handwritten instructions and food incase we came in late and couldn’t have dinner. The recommendations in the booklet she gave, along with bus instructions was amazing. The location is also extremely accessible by public transport and easy to find with her instructions! I would definitely stay at her place again!

Very responsive host. Greatest draw was the excellent neighbourhood and location, especially for King's Park and the CBD. Cosy accommodation. I would strongly consider staying again in the future.

Small but perfectly formed, this studio was perfect for our week’s stay visiting our student daughter. Very close to campus, shops, cafes, park, river etc. A very well designed space, beautiful picture window, well equipped with absolutely everything we could need, and a thoughtful welcome pack of food essentials provided too. Thanks for a great stay.

Claire’s place was absolutely beautiful. Claire was an incredibly gracious and helpful host. The location was ideal and the cabin and the surrounds were just as pictured and so incredibly lovely. Couldn’t recommend this cabin more!!
